| المستخلص: | Al-Imam Al-Sakhawi descends from a family of knowledge. He had got many teachers (Shuyoukh) the last of them was Al-Hafeth (who has a high academic position in memorizing the Prophet's Tradition) Ibn Hajar. The researcher then came to mention Al-Sakhawi's narrations, travels, death and his book namely, Al-Tuhfah Al-Lateefah Fi Tareekh Al-Madinah Al-Shareefah which included biographies of scholars lived in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah. The researcher has also reported the virtues of Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah counted by Al-Sakhawi. |
