| 520 | |a تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف علي مفهوم المشاركة الشعبية في التنمية المحلية وأهميتها وتحديد أهدافها، وشروطها، وخصائصها ومبادئها، وإبراز آليات المشاركة الشعبية من خلال الطرق والأساليب والمستويات المختلفة للمشاركة الشعبية في التنمية المحلية، وذلك من خلال التأكيد على أهمية المشاركة الشعبية في التنمية المحلية وأهدافها، مؤكدة علي توافر مجموعة من الخصائص من أجل المشاركة الشعبية لإحداث التنمية المحلية المنشودة كما ذكرت الدراسة مبادئ المشاركة الشعبية في التنمية المحلية، وعرضت الدراسة لبعض صور المشاركة الشعبية والتي كان لها صدي في أحداث التنمية المحلية، كما تعرضت الدراسة ذكر المعوقات التي تتعرض لها عملية المشاركة، ثم ذكرت آليات وأساليب المشاركة التي من خلالها يمكن تفعيل شروط المشاركة الشعبية في التنمية المحلية، واختتمت بعدد من التجارب الدولية التي ترصد لأنماط من المشاركة الشعبية والنجاحات التنموية التي حققتها علي المستوي المحلي. | ||
| 520 | |f The study aims to identify the concept of popular participation in local development and its importance, definition of its objectives, conditions, characteristics and principles, and highlight the mechanisms of popular participation through different styles, methods and levels of popular participation in local development and that is by emphasising regarding the importance of Popular participation in local development and its objectives, stressing the availability of a set of characteristics for popular participation to achieve the desired local development, as the study also mentions the principles of popular participation in local development.
