| المستخلص: | 1- The Bribery: what gives to nullify the right or to realize the null. 2- The bribery fought by all ancient heavenly legislations .and forbidden by Islam in the Holly Quran and ( Sunna) the prophet’s sayings ,for what it has many damages in losing and aggrieving the rights. 3- The human can pay the bribe to gain some right..Or to push away damage or injustice, so there is no sin on who gain profit from the bribe, for he compelled to do this act, but if the damage is easy, it is not allowed to be helped to get it. 4-Givin gifts and gratuities to workers: it is permissible, if it not affected on the work stream ,,and the gratuities considered as a gift for doing good work |
