| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على سياسات الوحدة العربية في ضوء قراءة لبعض التقارير البحثية والكتب العربية والأجنبية. حيث تناولت أولا عرض الكتب العربية تمثلت في التالي الفساد النسقي والدولة السلطوية حالة الجزائر منذ الاستقلال، ويناقش هذا الكتاب العلاقة الارتباطية بين الإرث الكولونيالي والفساد النسقي ودور الخبرة الكولونيالية في فرض وتثبيت السلطوية. ودراسة إيالة تونس في عهد أحمد باشا باي، وتضمن الكتاب خمسة فصول تناولت الأحداث التي أسهمت في تكوين شخصية احمد باي وتسلمه العرش بعد وفاة والده وأداء حكومته وإصلاحاته العسكرية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية وصولا إلى سقوط حلم الاستقلال والانهيار المالي. بالإضافة إلى العلمانية والسلطة نقد خطاب النخبة العربية، وقد اشتمل الكتاب على أربعة فصول يعرض الأول تعريف العلمنة والثاني مقاربة مجموعة من الكتاب ورجال الدين للعلمنة والثالث لإشكالية دولة الخلافة والرابع لإشكالية النموذج العلماني. والإنسانية في مواجهة النيوليبرالية، وتضمن هذا الكتاب أبرز محطات مسار زخم التيار النيوليبرالي وقواعد الحوكمة الجيدة ثم قواعد التنافسية التي توجت بإطلاق المنتدى الاقتصادي الدولي، إلى جانب الصعود الاستراتيجي لروسيا الاتحادية وأثره على التوازنات الدولية، واشتمل هذا الكتاب على تعريف الصعود الاستراتيجي لروسيا وتطوره وأثره في عمليات التوازن الدولي وذلك من خلال دراسة تطور السياسة الدولية في القرنين التاسع عشر والعشرين ونظرية تحول القوة في العلاقات الدولية. وثانيا عرض الكتب الأجنبية التي تمثلت في الانتفاضة الدرامية التي أطاحت بزعماء عدة دول في المنطقة العربية كتونس وليبيا ومصر واليمن. وثورة الياسمين كنموذج ناجح للانتفاضات العربية ويتيح هذا الكتاب للطلاب والباحثين ان يقفوا عند ما حققته تونس من تقدم باتجاه الحكم الرشيد. والعلاقة المعقدة بين الشعب المصري و المعارضة السياسية في البلاد أو الحركة الإسلامية منذ الاستقلال حتى الأن. والمقاومة المسلحة ضد السياسة البريطانية والعصابات الصهيونية أثناء الانتداب البريطاني لفلسطين. وثالثا عرض لبعض التقارير البحثية عن الأزمات الدولية التي تأتي نتيجة وجود الجماعات الإرهابية في البلدان العربية كالحوثيون في اليمن وتهديداتهم المستمرة للمملكة العربية السعودية وحزب الله بلبنان.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018\n The present study aimed to identify the policies of the Arab unity in the light of reading some research reports and the Arabic and foreign books. First it dealt with the presentation of the Arabic books represented in the following systematic corruption, the authoritarian state and the state of Algeria since the independence. The book deals with the relationship between the colonial heritage, the systematic corruption, the role of colonialism in the imposition and establishment of the authoritarianism and the study of Tunisia province in the age of Ahmed Pasha Bey. The book included five chapters dealing with the events that contributed to the personality formation of Ahmad Bey and his ascension to the throne after the death of his father, the performance of his government, and his military, economic and social reforms led to the fall of the dream of independence and the financial collapse, in addition to the secularism and the power criticism of the speech of the Arab elite. The book contains four chapters; the first presents the definition of the secularization and the second approach of a group of writers and clerics of secularism, the third is problem of the state of the Caliphate and the fourth is the problematic of the secular model and the humanity in the face of neoliberalism. This book includes the most important stations of the momentum of the neoliberal current, the rules of good governance and then the rules of the competitiveness that culminated in the launch of the international economic forum, as well as the strategic rise of the Russian Federation and its impact on the international balances. It also included the definition of the strategic rise of Russia, its development and its impact on the operations of international balance by examining the evolution of the international politics in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries and the theory of the transformation of power in the international relations. Second, the presentation of the foreign books represented in the dramatic uprising that toppled the leaders of several countries in the Arab region such as Tunisia, Libya, Egypt and Yemen and the Jasmine Revolution as a successful model for the Arab uprisings. This book allows students and researchers to focus on Tunisia's progress towards the good governance and the complex relationship between the Egyptian people and the political opposition in the country or the Islamic movement since the independence until now and the armed resistance against the British policy and the Zionist gangs during the British Mandate for Palestine. Thirdly, it presented some research reports on the international crises that resulted from the presence of the terrorist groups in the Arab countries such as the Al-Houthis in Yemen and their continuing threats to Saudi Arabia and Hezbollah in Lebanon.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
