| المستخلص: | تحتل قيم التعلم مدي الحياة مكانا بارزا في حياة الإنسان، كما ارتبطت به ارتباطا وثيقا، وذلك بسبب تميزه بالإرادة، والوجدان والنزوع وامتلاكه لحرية الاختيار، وقد وجدت القيم بوجوده وعاشت به ومعه إلي أن تقوم الساعة، وتمثل أحد أهم الموجودات غير الملموسة التي تسعي إليها المؤسسات الدعوية لمنسوبيها، وتعد وسائل مهمة لتوجيه الإنسان في الحياة، ومتفاعلا مع المجتمع غير منعزل عنه، بل يكون لبنة في المجتمع الإسلامي يتأثر به ويؤثر فيه، يجيد التفاعل والتعامل مع الآخرين مع المحافظة علي ما يميزه عن الآخرين، لما له من دورا كبيرا في بناء الحضارات، ويكتسب عن طريق هذا التفاعل الخبرات والمعارف والمهارات والاتجاهات والقيم مدي الحياة. وتعد إرساء قيم التعلم مدي الحياة للجميع ضمن اهتمامات بعض المؤسسات الدعوية-إحدى مؤسسات المجتمع المدني-والتي تمثل من أهم القضايا التي ينبغي أن توليها المؤسسات التربوية قدرا من العناية والبحث، هذا وأن المؤسسات الدعوية التي وجدت في القرن العشرين قامت ببعض الأدوار التربوية والتنموية والتي تستهدف النهوض بالمجتمع المسلم، وإحداث التنمية البشرية الشاملة في مختلف المجالات، مما أثرت جهودها التربوية في خدمة وتنمية المجتمعات. مما ساهمت في تنمية الشخصية الإنسانية والتنمية المستدامة للمجتمع، وقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي ومنهج التحليل المستقبلي. هذا وقد هدف البحث الحالي إلي: • الوقوف على ماهية المؤسسات الدعوية وأهدافها وأهميتها • التعرف على الأسس الفلسفية والاجتماعية التي تنطلق منها المؤسسات الدعوية • تحديد ماهية قيم التعلم مدي الحياة للجميع وخصائصها وأهميتها لكل من الفرد والمجتمع. • التوصل لتصور مقترح لتفعيل دور المؤسسات الدعوية في تنمية قيم التعلم مدي الحياة للجميع. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث ما يلي -استطاعت المؤسسات الدعوية أن تواصل مسيرتها محققة أهدافها وفقا لأسسها وفلسفتها ومبادئها وجهودها التربوية التي تتوافق مع إمكانيات وقدرات المجتمع من أجل تنمية مستدامة. -أهمية دور المؤسسات الدعوية في تنمية قيم التعلم مدي الحياة للجميع مما تسهم في بناء الشخصية الإنسانية وفقا لأدوارها التربوية وجهود المؤسسة الدعوية ولأسسها الفلسفية والاجتماعية، وأنشطتها المتنوعة والمميزة وبرامجها الملائمة لمنتسبيها وانخراطها في كل الميادين والساعية لسلامة الإنسان وضمان حقوقه وحريته ونهضته وسعادته وتنميته. تحول المؤسسة الدعوية من مؤسسة منعزلة عن المجتمع، إلي مركز إشعاع فكري ومعرفي وثقافي داخل المجتمع المحيط بها؛ مما يسهم في تنمية قيم التعلم مدي الحياة للجميع للمشاركة في التنمية المستدامة. -وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور المؤسسات الدعوية في تنمية قيم التعلم مدي الحياة للجميع The values of lifelong learning for all Occupies prominent place in human life, due to conscience and propensity and possession of freedom of choice, and it represents one of the most important intangible assets sought by the institutions advocacy for its employees, and is an important means to guide human life, interacting with the community is secluded about it, but will have a brick in the Muslim community is affected by and affects it, fluent interaction and dealing with others while maintaining what sets it apart from the others, because of its vital role in building civilizations and acquire through this interaction experiences, knowledge, skills, attitudes and values for life. laying of The values of lifelong learning for all, is one of the interests of Advocacy Organizations- one of Civil society institutions-which represent the most important issues that should be attached to educational institutions and research care, the advocacy organizations are found in the twentieth century has made some roles which aimed to advancement of the Muslim community, and the creation of comprehensive human development in various fields, which have affected the educational efforts in the service and development societies, contributed to the personal development of humanity and sustainable search descriptive approach and methodology for future analysis. This has been the goal of the current research is to: • stand on what the Advocacy Organizations and objectives, importance and principles. • Identify the philosophical and social foundations from which the Advocacy Organizations • Detennine what the values of lifelong learning for all, their characteristics and their significance for both the individual and society. • Reached to visualize a proposal to activate the role of advocacy organizations in the development of lifelong learning values for all. The research findings showed that; - Advocacy Organizations continued in achieving its objectives in accordance with the foundations and philosophy and principles of educational efforts that are compatible with the capabilities and capacities of society for sustainable development. - Importance of advocacy Organizations in developing the values of lifelong learning for all which contribute in to build the human personality, according educational roles institution and efforts philosophical, social, and activities varied and distinctive and appropriate programs for its members and their involvement in all fields and seeking to human safety and to ensure their rights and freedom , renaissance , happiness and development. - Advocacy organization transformed from an isolated institution in the community, to the intellectual and cognitive and cultural radiation into the surrounding community center; thus contributing to the development of lifelong learning values for all to participate in sustainable development. - Suggest a proposal to activate the role of advocacy organizations in developing the values of lifelong learning for all . |
