| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن واقع إدارة الصراع التنظيمي في إدارة البرامج التحضيرية بجامعة الملك سعود بن عبد العزيز للعلوم الصحية، واستخدمت الباحثةُ المنهجَ الوصفيَّ المسحيَّ، و تم استخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل لمجتمع الدراسة نفسه، حيث قامت الباحثةُ بتوزيع الاستبانة باللغة العربية والإنجليزية الكترونيًّا وورقيًّا على مجتمع الدراسة، وقد بلغ عدد الردود (127) استجابةً، وتم استبعادُ (5) استجابات لعدم اكتمالها وصلاحيتها للتحليل، ليصيح العددُ الإجماليّ للردود الصالحة للتحليل (122) استجابةً بنسبة (89.7%)، وقامت الباحثةُ بتصميم استبانة تشمَل جميعَ المحاور والأبعاد التي تحقِّق الجانبَ التطبيقيَّ لهذه الدراسة، وكان من نتائج الدراسة: أن استجابات أفراد الدراسة حيال بعد القوة والسيطرة جاءت بدرجة موافقة (متوسطة)، أن استجابات أفراد الدراسة حيال بعد التعاون جاءت بدرجة موافقة (مرتفعة)، أن استجابات أفراد الدراسة حيال بعد التسوية جاءت بدرجة موافقة (مرتفعة)، أن استجابات أفراد الدراسة حيال بعد التجنُّب جاءت بدرجة موافقة (مرتفعة)، أن استجابات أفراد الدراسة حيال بعد التنازُل جاءت بدرجة موافقة (مرتفعة). The study aimed to reveal the reality of management of organizational conflict in the Department of Preparatory Programs at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences. The researcher has used the descriptive survey method. The comprehensive inventory method was used for the study community itself. The researcher distributed the Questionairre in Arabic and English electronically and on paper to the study society, the number of valid responses reached (127) responses, (5) responses were rejected due to lack of completeness and validity for analysis, making the total number of responses valid for analysis (122) responses at (89.7%). The researcher designed a questionnaire covering all the areas and dimensions that achieve the practical side of this study. The results of the study showed that the responses of the individuals in the study about the power and control came to the level of approval (medium), that the responses of the individuals in the study about the cooperation came to the level of approval (high), the responses of the individuals in the study about the settlement came to the level of approval (high), the responses of the members of the study about avoidance came at level of approval (high), the responses of the individuals of the study about post-waivers were to the level of approval (high).\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. |
