| المستخلص: | \nهدف البحث إلى تحديد العلاقة بين الثقافة التنظيمية والأداء الإداري الإلكتروني للأخصائيين العاملين برعاية الشباب جامعة حلوان من خلال التعرف على علاقة كل من الثقة كأحد محاور الثقافة التنظيمية بالأداء الإداري الإلكتروني للأخصائيين العاملين برعاية شباب جامعة حلوان. وثقافة العمل الجماعي بالأداء الإداري الإلكتروني للأخصائيين العاملين برعاية شباب جامعة حلوان. والرؤية المشتركة للأخصائيين العاملين برعاية جامعة حلوان وأدائهم الإداري الإلكتروني. والمعايير الثقافية المشتركة بالأداء الإداري الإلكتروني للأخصائيين العاملين برعاية شباب جامعة حلوان. والتغير في الأداء الإداري الإلكتروني للأخصائيين العاملين برعاية شباب جامعة حلوان بالعوامل الديمغرافية لهم. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 178 أخصائي من الأخصائيين العاملين برعاية شباب الجامعات المصرية الحكومية. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في المقابلة الشخصية. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في متغير العمر نحو كل من محاور الثقة وثقافة العمل الجماعي والمعايير الثقافية المشتركة، بينما لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا نحو محور الرؤية المشتركة حول علاقتهم جميعا بالأداء الإداري الإلكتروني للأخصائيين العاملين برعاية شباب جامعة حلوان. كما توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في متغير المؤهل الدراسي نحو كل من محاور الثقة والرؤية المشتركة والمعايير الثقافية المشتركة. وأوصي البحث بضرورة إتاحة الفرصة للتعبير عن آراء الأخصائيين في عملية التحول الإلكتروني. والعمل على إشعار الأخصائيين بالأمان وذلك بحمايتهم مما قد يترتب على التغيير والتحديث في ظل تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية من الاستغناء عنهم أو تغيير تخصصاتهم. واعتبار أن موقع إدارة رعاية شباب جامعة حلوان الإلكتروني يمثل هوية الإدارة ورسالتها واستراتيجيتها وأنشطتها وخدماتها وأنه أكبر من مجرد واجهة إلكترونية لها.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018 \nThe aim of the research is to identify the relationship between the organizational culture and the electronic management performance of the specialists working in the care of youth at Helwan University. That is through identifying the relation of trust as one of the axes of the organizational culture in the electronic management performance of specialists working in youth care of Helwan University. The research has also explained the culture of teamwork and the shared vision of specialists working in youth care of Helwan University and their electronic administrative performance. Moreover, it detected the common cultural standards of the electronic management performance of those specialists and the change in their electronic management performance by their demographic factors. The research was based on the descriptive approach. The group of the research consisted of 178 specialists working in youth care in the Egyptian public universities. The tool of the research was represented in face-to-face interview. The results indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the age variable regarding all the axes of trust, group work culture and common cultural standards. However, there are no statistically significant differences concerning the axis of common vision on their relationship with the electronic management performance of specialists working in youth care of Helwan University. There are also statistically significant differences in the variable of academic qualification towards each of the axes of trust, common vision and common cultural standards. The research recommended that an opportunity should be given to express the views of specialists in the process of the electronic transformation, and providing specialists with safety by protecting them from what may result from change and modernization in light of the application of electronic administration in cases of lay-off or changing their specialization. The research recommended as well considering that the website of the Administration of Youth Care, Helwan University represents the identity of the administration and its mission and strategy, activities and services and that it is more than an electronic interface.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018\n\n |
