| المستخلص: | \nهدف هذا البحث الى تصميم بطارية اختبار لقياس التفكير الخططي للاعبي كرة القدم في الدوري الممتاز. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 30 لاعب من لاعبي الدوري الممتاز لفريق نادي اتحاد الشرطة. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في بطارية قياس التفكير الخططي وطبقت أداة البحث. وتوصلت النتائج الى تصميم بطارية اختبار كمؤشر لقياس التفكير الخططي للاعبي كرة القدم تضمنت 6 عوامل قوية هي سرعة التصرف، الادراك الجيد للواجبات الدفاعية، الاحساس بالمكان، حسن الانتشار، القدرة على استنتاج أفضل قرار، الاقدام والمبادرة. كما توفر البطارية المستخلصة مقياس سريع وموضوعي لقياس التفكير الخططي للاعبي كرة القدم. واظهرت نتائج بطارية الاختبار مدى استجابة اللاعبين باختيار القرارات الصحيحة في معظم المواقف الخطية المختارة في البطارية. كما أن مجموع مواقف البطارية موضوعية وتشير الى استعداد اللاعبين الجيد لعمل مثل هذه الاختبارات بصفة دورية والتي تساعد على تحسين التفكير الخططي لديهم. ويخلق هذا النوع من الاختبارات الذهنية انطباع إيجابي لدى اللاعبين تجاه المدرب الذي يطور من قدراتهم وبالتالي تزيد معتقداتهم للقدرات الفنية نحو مدربهم وبالتالي تحسين وتطوير الأداء نحو الأفضل. وأوصى البحث باستخدام بطارية الاختبار لقياس التفكير الخططي للاعبي كرة القدم، واستخدام الاعداد الذهني للاعبين قبل كل وحدة تدريب. كما أوصي بفتح باب الحوار في مناقشة أفضل الحلول للمواقف الخططية المقترحة، ووضع تصاميم أخري لمواقف خططية تعمل على تطوير تفكير اللاعبين في تنفيذ واجباتهم الدفاعية والهجومية فرديا وجماعيا.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018\n \nThe aim of this research is to design a battery test to measure the tactical thinking of football players in the Premier League. The descriptive approach was used. The research group consisted of 30 players from the Premier League team of the Police Union Club. The research tool is represented in the battery of measurement of tactical thinking and was applied to the research group. The results showed a test battery design as an indicator to measure the tactical thinking of football players, including six factors, namely strong speed of action, good awareness of defensive duties, sense of place, good deployment, the ability to infer the best decision, boldness and initiative. The developed battery also provides a quick and objective measure of tactical thinking of football players. The results of the test battery showed the players' response by choosing the correct decisions in most of the selected written positions in the battery. Moreover, the total of the battery positions are objective and indicate the willingness of the players to perform such tests on a regular basis, which help to improve their tactical thinking. This type of mental testing creates a positive impression on the players towards the coach, who develops their abilities and thus increases their belief in technical abilities towards their coach, improves and develops their performance for the better. The research recommended using a battery test to measure the tactical thinking of football players, and using the mental preparation of the players before each training unit. It recommended as well opening dialogue in discussing the best solutions to the proposed tactical positions, and developing other designs for the tactical positions to develop the thinking of players in the implementation of their defensive and attacking duties, both individually and collectively.This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
