| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تفعيل الإدارة المدرسية للشراكة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي في مدارس محافظة حفر الباطن في المملكة العربية السعودية، والمعيقات والسبل اللازمة لتحسين مدى تفعيل الشراكة. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة من ثلاثة أقسام كانت على التوالي: متغيرات الدراسة. (34) فقرة موزعة على خمسة مجالات. سؤال مفتوح عن السبل المقترحة اللازمة لتحسين مدى تفعيل الشراكة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة عن (484) مدير ومديرة، تم أخذ عينة عشوائية مكونة من (236) مدير ومديرة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مدى تفعيل الإدارة المدرسية للشراكة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي كان بمدى تفعيل متوسط. كما أشارت النتائج إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزي لمتغيرات الدراسة. وأن هناك (17) معيقا لإدارة المدرسة في تفعيل الشراكة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي. ومن أهم مقترحات سبل تحسين الشراكة منح مديري المدارس صلاحيات أكثر في مجال الشراكة. وتأهيل وتدريب أفراد ومؤسسات المجتمع المحلي للمشاركة الفاعلة مع المدرسة. أوصت الدارسة بتوفير الكوادر الإدارية المختصة والقادرة على تحديد الأنشطة المدرسية التي تلامس احتياجات المجتمع المحلي لزيادة مدى تفعيل الشراكة. ومنح الصلاحيات اللازمة لمديري المدارس لتفعيل الشراكة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي. | ||
