| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى تشخيص جوانب القوة والضعف لعلاقة جامعة حائل بالمجتمع في ضوء معايير الهيئة الوطنية للتقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة حائل ومديري المؤسسات الخدمية في منطقة حائل، وقد تم تطبيق أداة الدراسة على عينه من أعضاء هيئة التدريس تمثل 10% من اجمالي أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة حائل، وعلى جميع ممثلي المؤسسات الخدمية في منطقة حائل استجاب منهم 30 % استجابة كاملة على أداة الدراسة. تم تشخيص علاقة جامعة حائل بالمجتمع في ضوء معايير الهيئة الوطنية للتقويم والاعتماد الأكاديمي في المجالات المحددة من قبل الهيئة، وهي : سياسات الجامعة حول علاقتها، بالمجتمع. والتفاعل مع المجتمع. وسمعة الجامعة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن ابرز نقاط القوة في علاقة جامعة حائل بالمجتمع هي: وضوح الخدمات التي تلتزام الجامعة بتقديمها للمجتمع. وتقديم الجامعة لتشكية من البرامج التي تخدم أفراد المجتمع. ووجود متحدث رسمي للجامعة. أما أبرز نقاط الضعف في علاقة جامعة حائل بالمجتمع فهي. ضعف تواصل الجامعة مع خريجها وإشراكهم في الأنشطة وعمليات التطوير. وعدم وجود جهات خدمة مهنيه في كليات الجامعة لدعم المجتمع. الضعف في مجال ، دعوة أرباب العمل للانضمام إلى اللجان الاستشارية لبرامج الجامعة وانشطتها.وضعف دراسة الجامعة لنظرة المجتمع إليها ووضع آليات لتحسينها٠ وعدم وجود استراتيجيه متكاملة لتحسين سمعة الجامعة. وفي ضوء النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى بعض أولويات تحسين علاقة جامعة حائل بالمجتمع وفي مقدمتها وضع خطه تنفيذية متكاملة لتحسين علاقة جامعة حائل بالمجتمع. The study aimed to diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of the relationship between Hail University and the community in the light of the standards of the National Commission for Academic Accreditation & Assessment from the perspective of faculty members at the University of Hail and the directors of service institutions in Hail region. The study tool was applied to a sample of faculty members. The study tool was applied to a sample of faculty members representing 10% of the total faculty members at Hail University and to all the representatives of service institutions in Hail region. Only 30% of them responded completely to the study tool. The relationship between Hail University and the community was diagnosed in light of the standards of the National Commission for Academic Accreditation & Assessment in the fields identified by the commission: The university policies in terms of its relationship with the community. The interaction with the community. And The reputation of the university. The study revealed that the main strengths of the relationship between Hail University and the community are: The clear services that the university is obliged to provide to the community. The university provides variety of programs that serve community members. And having an official spokesman of the university. The main weaknesses in the relationship between Hail University and the community are: The weak communication of the university with its graduates and the lack of engaging the graduates in the activities and the development processes. And the lack of professional service entities in the faculties to support the community. |
