| المستخلص: | مشكلات طالبات برنامج التعليم الموازي بجامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز من وجهه نظر الطالبات ووضع تصير مقترح لحلها. هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على المشكلات الأكاديمية والتربوية والإدارية والنفسية والاجتماعية التي تواجه طالبات برنامج التعليم الموازي بجامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز بالمملكة العربية السعودية من وجهة نظر الطالبات، ووضع تصور مقترح لحلها. وقد تكوزت عينة الدراسة من (174) طالبة، تم اختيارهم بالطبقة الطبقية العشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة. وقد استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي المسحي لمعرفة أكثر المشكلات التي تواجه الطالبات. وطبقت الدراسة استبيان المشكلات التي تواجه الطالبات من إعداد الباحثتان، واستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية، وتحليل التباين المتعدد، واختبار شيفيه للمقارنات البعدية، توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: جاء مجال المشكلات الإدارية في المرتبة الأولى بين المشكلات من وجهة نظر الطالبات بمتوسط حسابي (4.04)، بينما جاء مجال المشكلات الأكاديمية والتربوية في المرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي (3.34)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر التخصص والمستوى الدراسي والحالة الاجتماعية في جميع المجالات. وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من الحلول المقترحة للمشكلات في ضوء ما توصلت اليه النتائج ومن أهمها: إعادة صياغة التشريعات واللوائح المنظمة والموضحة لفلسفة التعليم الموازي وأهميته في موجهة التحديات العصرية، وإعداد هيكل تنظيمي للتعليم الموازي بجامعة الأمير سطام بما يتوافق مع احتياجات وإمكانات وطبيعة المنطقة المجتمعية التي تقع في إطارها الجامعة. This present study aimed to identify the academic, educational, administrative, social and psychological problems that faced by the students' girl about the parallel education program at Prince Sattam bin Abdul-Aziz University in Saudi Arabia and from the point of view of the students, and visualized proposed to be solved. The study sample consisted of (174) students, were chosen by the stratified random method from the study population. Curriculum descriptive survey was used by the two researchers to find out the most common problems faced by female students. A questionnaire was applied for this study that has been prepared by the two researchers which face the students, using averages, standard deviations, and multi-variation analysis in addition to (Scheffe’ Test for Post Hoc Comparisons), the study found the following results: That the area of administrative problems in the first place an arithmetic mean (4.04), while the field of academic and educational problems came in last position with a mean (3.34),and the results showed no statistically significant due to the impact of specialization and academic level and marital status in all areas. The study found a set of proposed solutions for the problems in the light of the findings of the results is the most important as the following: re-enactments and regulations and described the philosophy of parallel education and its importance that face of the modern challenges, set up an organizational structure parallel to the education of Prince Satam University in accordance with the needs and potential and the nature of the community area, which lies in the framework of the university. |
