| المستخلص: | The aim of the current study is to measure the impact of proposed training program teaching methods courses and training of university in order to, progress lecturers’ skills of teaching and their attitudes at the University of Dohuk. And to achieve the aims of study, it was depended on the experimental method, and it was chosen one group with pre-test and post-tests. As well as, the sample of the study is consisted of all faculties at the University of Dohuk, for the academic year 2014/2015, and the research chose (64) lecturers who underwent for course teaching methods in training and development center of the university, as a sample for their research. The study depended on two kinds of tools, one of them is card note teaching skills, which is consisted of (37) items, and distributed to (6) areas. And the second one is barometer to measure attitudes towards teaching methods course which is consisted of (36) items, were distributed to (4) areas. In addition to the prepare a proposal for a training program for lecturers, which is applied by two stages, theoretical preparation stage, and practical stage. After the carried out this program, the study applied two kinds tests. the search to find the following: It was found that there is a significant difference between mean scores of lecturers on the card note method in two applications pre-test and post-test, at the significant level (0.05), and in favor of the post-test application. The results showed that there is a statistically significant difference between the average scores of pre-improvement and post-improvement attitudes, at the significance level (0.05), and in favor of the post application. At the end of this study, it will recommended the need to increase the number of hours of training and development of university staffs, and try to focus on the practical aspects more than theoretical aspects. هدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس أثر برنامج تدريبي مقترح لدورة طرائق التدريس والتدريب الجامعي في تنمية مهارات المحاضرين التدريسية واتجاهاتهم بجامعة دهوك. ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمد الباحثان على المنهج التجريبي، واختارا تصميم المجموعة الواحدة ذات الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي. تألف مجتمع البحث من جميع التدريسيين في جامعة دهوك، للعام الدراسي 2014 / 2015، واختار الباحثان (64) تدريسيا منهم، ممن خضعوا لدورة طرائق التدريس في مركز التدريب والتطوير الجامعي، كعينة لبحثهما. أعد الباحثان وطورا أداتين، هما بطاقة ملاحظة المهارات التدريسية، وتألفت من (37) فقرة، وزعت على (6) مجالات، ومقياسا لقياس اتجاهات التدريسيين نحو دورة طرائق التدريس، تألف من (36) فقرة، توزعت على (4) محاور، بالإضافة إلى إعداد برنامج تدريبي مقترح خاص للمحاضرين، طبق على مرحلتين هما: مرحلة الإعداد النظري، ومرحلة الإعداد العملي. وبعد أن ينفذ البرنامج طبق الباحثان الاختبارين، وتوصل البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المحاضرين على بطاقة الملاحظة في التطبيقين القبلي، والبعدي، عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05)، ولصالح التطبيق البعدي. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجاتهم على المقياس القبلي والبعدي لتنمية الاتجاهات، عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05)، ولصالح التطبيق البعدي. وفي النهاية أوصى الباحثان بضرورة زيادة عدد ساعات التدريب والتطوير الجامعي، ومحاولة التركيز على الجوانب العملية التطبيقية أكثر من الجوانب النظرية المجردة. |
