| المستخلص: | تحديد مفهوم القيم الإسلامي عموماً وقيمة العمل وأتقانه خصوصاً وأهمية القيم ومكوناتها ومصادرها وخصائصها ومجالاتها ووظائفها وتحديد مكانة العمل في الإسلام والعلاقة بين التربية والقيم مع بيان أهمية غرس القيم والطرق المستخدمة في غرسها كيفية تربية الناشئة علي اتقان العمل وأسرار الأتقان مع تحديد مؤشرات القيم والمؤشرات الدالة علي قيمة العمل وبيان طرق غرس قيمة العمل وتطويرها لدي الناشئة في البيت والمدرسة.\nمنهج البحث: اعتمد البحث علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي\nاهم النتائج:-\n-\tالقيم الإسلامية هي القيم المستمدة من مصادر التشريع الإسلامي الذي يعتبر الحسن هو ما وافق شرع الله واستوجب الثواب في الأخرة، ويعتبر القبيح هو ما خالف شرع الله ويترتب عليه العقاب في الأخرة.\n-\tتعريف العمل: بأنه غاية إنسانية وواجب لا تقوم الحياة بدونه، وقيمة إسلامية تصل الي مستوي العبادة، لان الانسان من خلال العمل يحقق الحكمة من وجوده في الدنيا. اما اتقان العمل هو: اداء العمل دون خلل فيه والالتزام بمتطلبات ذلك العمل من التقيد بضوابط وتقنيات معين، وأداؤه في الوقت المحدد دون تأخير.\n-\tتتكون القيم من ثلاث مكونات معرفية وسلوكية ووجدانية.\n-\tعملية زرع القيم وتنميتها لدي الفرد تبدأ منذ أيام حياته الاولي وهو طفل وتنتهي بوفاته.\n-\tمن اهم طرق غرس قيمة العمل: القدوة الحسنة، الموعظة باستخدام أسلوب الحوار والاستجواب، الموعظة بالمداعبة، الموعظة بضرب المثل، الموعظة باستخدام أسلوب التشبيه والتمثيل، الموعظة باستخدام وسائل الايضاح كالرسم، الموعظة بالممارسة، استخدام العقاب، أسلوب العادة، أسلوب القصة، أسلوب الملاحظة مع مراعاة عدم استخدام الموعظة المباشرة.\n-\tالتربية من اجل العمل: هي عملية توعية وتوجيه الطلبة إلي عالم الأعمال ومساعدتهم علي اختيار الأعمال المناسبة لقدراتهم وإمكانياتهم. Defining the concept of Islamic values in general and the value of work and mastering it in particular, the importance of values and their components, sources, characteristics, fields, and functions, to determine the place of work in Islam and the relationship between education and values with a narrative of the importance of instilling values and methods used to cultivate them on how to raise young people on mastering work and secrets of mastery with identifying indicators of values and indicators indicating the value of work and indicating ways to instil and develop the value of work in young people at home and school. \nResearch Methodology: The research was based on the descriptive analytical approach.\nThe most important results: -\n- Islamic values are those derived from the sources of Islamic legislation, which considers that good is what is in accordance with the laws of God and expects rewards in the Hereafter and the bad one is deemed to be what contradicts the commandments of God and results in punishment in the Hereafter.\n- Definition of work: it is a human purpose and a duty without which life does not exist, and an Islamic value that reaches the level of worship, because through work, man achieves wisdom from being present in this world. The mastery of the work is: performing the work without making any error in it and adhering to the requirements of that work from adhering to certain rules and techniques, and delivering it on time without any delay.\n- Values consist of three cognitive, behavioural and emotional components.\n- The process of implantation and development of values in the individual begins from the first days of his life as a child and ends with his death.\n- One of the most important ways to instil the value of work is: good example, addressing using the method of dialogue and questioning, preaching with amusement, preaching by example, advice using the method of analogy and representation, advice using means of clarification such as drawing, preaching by practice, use of punishment, technique of habit, form of story, method of observation, with the consideration of not using direct instruction.\n- Education for work: It is a process of raising awareness and directing students to the business world and helping them to choose jobs that are suitable for their abilities and expertise.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
