| المستخلص: | Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) is a unique structure providing many benefits to academic libraries and their beneficiaries. The purpose of this paper is to highlight on ASRS technology trying to raise knowledge and awareness by focusing on its implementation in the central library of Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University (PNU). The paper provides an overview on the structure of ASRS as well as its utilization to provide maximum benefits to clients. The study is carried out through literature review, data gathering and contacting some information tech companies. This note reflects the advantages of adaptation of ASRS in the university. |
