| المستخلص: | According to specialists in Islamic education, the most important stage in education is childhood. If the child is neglected at the dawn of his life, he comes out most likely to be spoiled. If we took good care of his upbringing when he was young, he would become cultivated as he will grow old, because today's child is tomorrow's man. For this reason, the Algerian legislature has introduced a number of provisions guaranteeing his perfect education.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 selon les spécialistes de l'éducation islamique, l'étape la plus importante dans l'éducation est l'enfance, si l'enfant négligé au début de sa vie est venue la morale surtout corrompus, et si soigné l'éducation quand il était jeune a été poli, une personne âgée, parce que l'enfant est aujourd'hui un homme de demain, donc entrer dans l'inter-législateur algérien des dispositions qui assurent l'éducation optimale حسب المختصين في التربية الإسلامية فإن أهم مرحلة في التربية هي مرحلة الطفولة، فإذا أهمل الطفل في بداية حياته خرج في الأغلب فاسد الأخلاق، وإذا اعتنينا بتربيته وهو صغير كان مهذبا وهو كبير، لأن طفل اليوم هو رجل الغد، لذلك تدخل المشرع الجزائري بجملة من الأحكام التي تضمن تربيته المثلي. |
