| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى دراسة السلوك العدواني لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الأساسية، داخل المؤسسات التعليمية المغربية دراسة ميدانية، لإعطاء صورة واقعية عن العوامل المرتبطة بالبيئة المدرسية، المؤدية إلى هذه الظاهرة، والتحسيس بخطورتها وإثارة الانتباه إليها. وكذا الكشف عن الخلل الذي أصبحت تعرفه المدرسة المغربية على المستوى التربوي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (40) تلميذ و(20) مدرسا ومدرسة للتعليم الابتدائي. واستخدم المنهج المسحي التحليلي. اقتصرت الدراسة على استخدام أداة قياس واحدة تمثلت باستبانة قامت الباحثة ببنائها لملاءمة غرض الدراسة. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن السلوك العشوائي لدى التلاميذ، له علاقة كبيرة بالممارسات البيداغوجية الخاطئة لدى المدرسين. وأن غياب الأنشطة الثقافية، والرياضية، بالمدارس الابتدائية، يعتبر هو الآخر سببا رئيسيا في بروز السلوك العدواني لدى التلاميذ، الذي تزداد حدته في ظل غياب أي نوع من أنواع التدخل، للحد منه، مما يستدعي التدخل والدعم النفسي الذي من شأنه أن يساعد على الحد من السلوك العدواني وتفاقمه. \\\\\\\\ في ضوء نتائج الدراسة فقد أوصت الباحثة الجهات المسؤولة بإجراء أبحاث ودراسات ميدانية لظاهرة العنف المدرسي على مستوى وطني، وتأسيس قاعدة للبيانات والمعلومات في هذا المجال. وكذا الاهتمام بالجانب الوقائي في مواجهة ظاهرة العنف المدرسي من خلال: خلق مرصد حول العنف المدرسي، وتشديد المراقبة الأمنية في محيط المؤسسات التعليمية، وتعميم تجربة خلايا الإنصات على كل المؤسسات التعليمية. The present study aimed to examine aggressive behavior of Primary Stage Students within the Moroccan educational institutions, through a field study in order to provide a realistic picture of the factors relevant to the school environment which lead to this phenomenon, raise awareness of its danger and attract attention to it, as well as reveal the dysfunction which the Moroccan school has come to know at the educational. The study sample consisted of 40 students and 20 teachers. The analytic survey methodology was used. The study only made use of one measuring tool, that is the questionnaire constructed by the researcher to meet the purpose of the study. The findings showed that students' aggressive behavior has a lot to do with teachers' wrong pedagogical practices and demonstrateed that the lack of cultural and sports activities in primary schools is another major factor in the appearance of aggressive behavior of the Students, which grows more acute in the absence of any kind of intervention to reduce it, hence a situation that requires some form of intervention and psychological support which might help decrease the aggressive behavior and prevent it from worsening. \\\\\\\\ In the light of the results of the study, the researcher would recommended that the competent authorities conduct research and field studies on the phenomenon of school violence at the national level, and establish a database in this field; take care of the preventive part in facing the school violence phenomenon by setting up an observatory on school violence; tighten security surveillance in the school perimeter; and generalise the listening center experience to all educational institutions. |
