| المستخلص: | Ibn Toumert a été accusé de laisser la doctrine d’El imem Melik, et laisser l’opinion, et son appel pour revenir au Coran et la Sunna, et le développement de ses dispositions, et limitée à l'actif de la preuve dans le Coran et la Sunna, et la lute contre les branches de la jurisprudence, est une déclaration de guerre à l'école Maliki et un appel a la doctrine «El Dahiri El Hazmi» \nEn ce qui concerne les califes de l’Etat El Mouwahidia qui aimaient la doctrine «El Dahiri» suivant les traces du grand imam Ibn Toumert, les savants de leur temps de Maghrébins étaient mécontents à cette doctrine, et fanatiques d’al-Maliki, ses partisans. اتهم ابن تومرت باطراحه مذهب مالك، وترك الرأي، واعتبرت دعوته الى الرجوع الى القران والسنة، واستنباط الاحكام منها، وحصره أصول الأدلة في القران والسنة، ومحاربته فقه الفروع، اعلانا للحرب على المذهب المالكي والدعوة للمذهب الظاهري الحزمي. وبقدر ما كان الخلفاء الموحدون محبين للمذهب الظاهري سيرا على خطي اماهم الأكبر ابن تومرت، كان فقهاء عصرهم من المغاربة ساخطين على هذا المذهب، متعصبين للمذهب المالكي، مناصرين له. Ibn Tommart was accused of rejecting Malik's school of jurisprudence and abandoning opinion. His call to refer to the Qur'an and Sunnah, to draw rulings from them, to limit the principle of evidence in the Qur'an and Sunnah, and to fight the fiqh of branches, was considered a declaration of war against the Maliki School of jurisprudence and to call for the school of Zaheri al-Hazmi.\nAs much as the Almohad Caliphs were deeply fond of the al-Ẓāhirīyyah, following the footsteps of their great Imam Ibn Tommart, the Maghreb jurists of their time were indignant about this Madhhab, being fanatic about the Maliki Madhhab, and supporters of it.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. |
