| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف علي دور مديرات ومعلمات المرحلة الأساسية في تعزيز مفاهيم المواطنة لدي الطالبات في المدارس الأساسية في إقليم الشمال، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة طورت الباحثة أداة تهدف إلي قياس أهدافها وبعد التحقق من صدق الأداة وثباتها، طبقت علي عينة عشوائية قوامها (380) منها (80) مديرة و(300) معلمة وكانت النتائج علي النحو الآتي إن مفاهيم المواطنة لدي الطالبات قدرت بدرجة متوسطة، علي جميع فقرات مجالات الأداة. كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي الدلالة (a=0.05) تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة التابع والمستقلة، باستثناء متغير التخصص علي فقرات مجال التخصص ولصالح التخصصات العلمية، وبناء علي نتائج الدراسة قدمت بعض التوصيات والإرشادات للطالبات لرفع مستوي ممارستهن لمفاهيم المواطنة وتعزيزها من خلال القيام بأنشطة مرافقة والمحافظة علي نظافة المدرسة وصيانة حدائقها. This study aimed to investigate the role of the female principals and teachers of the elementary level in promoting the concepts of citizenship among the female students in the basic schools of the Northern territory. The study used a descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the study the researcher developed a study tool aims to measure the research goals. After checking the sincerity and stability of the study tool this tool applied on a random sample consist of consisted (380) members by (80) principals and (300) the study reached to the fact that the concepts of citizenship among the female students were moderate for all the items of the tool. The results also showed a lack of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ⁼ 0.05) depending on the variables of the study The Dependent and the independent, with the exception of the variable of specialization and for the benefit of the scientific specializations. According to the results of the study, some recommendations and guidance were provided for the students to raise and strengthen their practice of the concepts of citizenship through doing similar activities, for maintaining the cleanliness of the school and its gardens. |
