| المستخلص: | تكتسي هذه الدراسة أهميتها من الضرورة وصف وتحليل المواد الإعلامية التي تنشر في المواقع الإلكترونية العامة المتخصصة في الشؤون التربوية. فقد أصبحت هذه المواقع مجالا خصبا للبحث لم يحظى بعد بالدراسة والتحليل بشكل كاف. من ثمة، هدفت الدراسة إلي تحليل كيفية معالجة مقالات الرأي المنشورة في المواقع الإلكترونية التربوية للموضوعات ذات الصلة بمستويات النظام التعليمي المغربي خلال شهري ماي ويونيو من سنة 2013. للإجابة علي أسئلة البحث والإحاطة بمختلف فئات تحليل المضمون، تم إعداد شبكة للتحليل تم اختبار صحتها وثباتها. وقد بينت النتائج أن 46.80% من المقالات المدروسة وقعت بأسماء ينتمي أصحابها لمجال التربية والتكوين. ويبين تحليل الموضوعات الخاصة بمستوي السياسة التربوية أن 34.93% من تكراراتها تخص المذكرات والقرارات والتصريحات الوزارية. أي 22 تكرارا من أصل 63. كما بينت نتائج تحليل الموضوعات الخاصة بمستوي التدبير في المقالات التي تطرقت لهذا المستوي أن موضوع "البرامج والمناهج التربوية" بلغ 22.91% (أي 11 من بين 48). وبينت نتائج تحليل الموضوعات الخاصة بمستوي الإنجاز التربوي في المقالات التي تطرقت لهذا المستوي أن موضوع "العمل التربوي داخل الفصل" استأثر بنسبة 31.03% (9 من بين 29). وخلصت النتائج إلي أن "السياسة التربوية" في المغرب حصلت علي 45% من مجموع التكرارات (63 من بين 140). كما أن الموضوعات والقضايا التي تخص التدبير بلغت 34.28% من المجموع العام للتكرارات (48 من بين 140). من ثمة، فإن 79.28% من التكرارات تهم المستويين السياسي/ التقريري والتدبيري. فيما لم يبلغ مستوي الإنجاز التربوي سوي 20.72% من المجموع العام للتكرارات (29 من بين 140). The importance of This study due to the need to describe and analyze the information materials published in the websites specializing in educational matters. These sites have become fertile ground for the search has not yet study and analysis adequately. From there, the study aimed to analyze how to deal with opinion articles published in the websites of educational topics related to the levels of the Moroccan educational system during the months of May and June 2013. To answer the research questions and briefing the various categories of content analysis, a grille of analysis have been prepared and tested for her authenticity and validity .The results showed that 46.80% of the articles examined and signed the names of their owners belong to the field of education and training. The analysis of issues related to the level of educational policy shows that 34.93% of frequencies belong to the " the ministerial decisions and declarations". The results of the analysis concerning the level of the management in the articles that touched on this level shows that the topic of " programs and educational curricula " amounted to 22.91% The results of analysis of issues related to the level of educational achievement in the articles that touched on this level that the theme of " educational work in the classroom ," accounted for by 31.03 %). Results concluded that " educational policy " in Morocco got 45% of the total iterations (63 of 140) .
