| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المشكلات المهنية في الأدوار التقويمية، والتخطيطية، والإنسانية التي تواجه مديري مدارس وكالة الغوث الدولية في الأردن، والحلول المقترحة لذلك من وجهة نظرهم. تكون أفراد الدراسة من جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة البالغ عددهم (309) مدير ومديرة، ومساعد ومساعدة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة المشكلات المهنية التي تواجه المديرين والمساعدين جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، كما أظهرت وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لأثر متغير الجنس في جميع الأدوار، ومتغير المسمى الوظيفي. وأظهرت عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا تعزى لأثر سنوات الخبرة الإدارية في جميع الأدوار. وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير الدعم المالي، والبشري لتفعيل دور مدير المدرسة في مدارس وكالة الغوث الدولية في الأردن. |b This study aims at investigating the degree of occupational problems facing School Principals Roles Evaluation, Planning and Humanity suggests solutions for these problems from the perspective of the principals . from the Perspective of School Principals at the UNRWA Schools in Jordan. In addition, the study uses the descriptive analytical methodology. The sample of study consists of (309) members including school principals and their assistants. The study finds that the degree of occupational problems felt by school principals is of a medium level with a total degree about (3.35). Moreover, the study proved the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of ( a = 0.05 ) related to the effect of the variables of: gender and job title. In addition, the study proved that there is no presence of any statistically significant differences due to the management experience in any parts. The study concludes a group of recommendations the most important of them is making the financial and human support available to activate the role of the school principal in all schools that belong to the (UNRWA) in Jordan. | ||
