| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى جودة الخدمة التعليمية في قسم العلوم التربوية بجامعة الزيتونة من وجية نظر الطلبة. تكون المجتمع والعينة من جميع طلبة التربية في كلية الآداب بجامعة الزيتونة البالغ عددهم (230) طالباً وطالبة، واستخدم المنهج المسحي الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتطوير استبانة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى جودة الخدمة التعليمية في قسم العلوم التربوية: متوسط، بمتوسط حسابي مقداره (3,07)، كما أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة: النوع الاجتماعي، المستوى الدراسي، المعدل، وأوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها: العمل على إيجاد نظام اتصال الكتروني مستمر في القسم بين الطلبة وادارة الكلية، وتوفير دليلا لفرص العمل المتوفرة، ومتابعة الخريجين في سوق العمل، واجراء المزيد من الدراسات. |b This study aimed to identify the level of quality of service in the educational program of the Department of Educational Sciences at the Zaytoonah University from the point of view of the students. The sample of the study included all the students in Education at Arts Faculty of Zaytoonah University، and using the curriculum survey descriptive and analytical، and the study found that the quality of educational services in the Department of Educational Sciences: average، reaching arithmetic average: (3،07)، as there no significant differences attributable to the variables: gender، level of study، amended، and the study recommended a number of recommendations including: working to create a system that electronic communication continues between the students and College Administration، and to provide a guide to available job opportunities، and follow-up of graduates in the labor market، further studies are recommended to the educational Service. | ||
