| المستخلص: | تشكل الأزمات والمشكلات التي تحدث في المجتمعات ومنها أزمة الأسر النازحة من مجتمع إلي آخر أو من منطقة إلي أخرى إحدى الأزمات الخطيرة التي ينبغي أن تتصدى لها مؤسسات الخدمة الاجتماعية بالمعالجة والتي تتوقف على مدى قدرة الممارسين لهذه المهنة في وضع التصورات لمعالجتها، فأزمة الأسر النازحة من بعض المدن أو المناطق الليبية إلي مدن أو مناطق أخرى نتيجة التصدعات التي حدثت في النسيج الاجتماعي في المجتمع الليبي أدت إلي وجود أعداد من الأسر النازحة ؛ ما يتطلب ممارسة مهنية على قدر عال نحو متطلبات تلك الأسر في إطار دور مؤسسات الخدمة الاجتماعية لمعالجة تلك الأزمة. \\ وقد هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف على مدى تواصل مؤسسات الخدمة الاجتماعية مع الأسر النازحة ومعالجة أوضاعها، وكذلك التعرف على مدى كفاءة الممارسين لمهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية مع متطلبات الأسر النازحة. وقد استخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة للأسر النازحة بمدينة ترهونة. \\ وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج منها ضعف كفاءة الممارسين لمهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية مع متطلبات الأسر النازحة، وقلة دور مؤسسات الخدمة الاجتماعية في التعامل مع الأزمات والكوارث ومنها أزمة الأسر النازحة بمدينة ترهونه. Crises and problems that occur in societies, including those of the families that have displaced from one community to another or from one region to another, constitute one of the most serious crises that should be addressed by the institutions of social service which depends on the ability of practitioners of this profession to conceptualize its treatment. The crisis of families displaced from some Libyan cities or regions to other cities or regions as a result of the cracks in the social fabric of Libyan society has led to the presence of a number of displaced families that require a high professional practice towards the requirements of these families and it is within the role of the institutions of social services to address this crisis. The study aimed to identify the extent of the social service institutions and their communication with the displaced families and address their situation as well as to identify the efficiency of practitioners of the social work profession with the requirements of displaced families. The study used the General Social Survey method on the displaced families in Tarhouna city. The study has reached many results, including the poor efficiency of practitioners of the social work profession with the requirements of displaced families, and the lack of the role of social service institutions in dealing with crises and disasters, including the crisis of displaced families in Tarhouna city.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
