| المستخلص: | تناولت في هذا البحث مسألة حساسة تتعلق بالتقليد في مسائل الاعتقاد بين الحظر والجواز، والذي كان محل نزاع بين العلماء المتخصصين، وحاولت بسط كل رأي بأدلته، كما أشرت إلى فتوى الونشريسي من خلال المعيار المعرب وما ذهب إليه، وقد خلصت إلى جواز التقليد في المسائل العقدية، لأن النظر والاستدلال لا يتوصل إليه إلا الخاصة من الناس، وأن اعتقاد العامة من الناس لا يشترط فيه النظر والاستدلال، بل يكفي التقليد والاتباع. In this research I have addressed a sensible matter related to imitation in belief issues between prohibition and passport, which was a subject of a dispute between the specialists. I have tried also to expound each opinion with its evidences that support it, as I have referred to Al-Wansharisi’s Fatwa through the inflective criterion and what he has gone over. I have concluded to the passport of imitation in belief issues because the foresight and the inference are reached only by particular people and the belief of public people does not require foresight and inference but imitation and follow is enough. |
