| 520 | |b There is no doubt that the main difference between the developed and less developed countries comes from the management gap between the tow categories . Hence , it could be said that understanding of management is highly important in determining the status of the state of being dev-eloped or coming short of that. Since the state is the principal owner of the economic resources of the society .Thus , she has to assure the availability of services to the people through optimal utilization of such resources , and adopting a strategic vision for all of the economic activities of the state economy. This paper is mainly concerned with determining the concept and definition of management admi-nistrative work requirements .and the role that good management plays in achieving development. This paper also discussed the status of industry in Libya , and the malpractice of some of the industrial organizations . In addit-ion , This paper pinpointed out the international changes , and their effect on the nature of man -agement , among these changes are the globalization wave and the trend towards privatization . | ||
