| المستخلص: | Entrepreneurship has become a concern of the various countries of the world because of its active role in raising the level of development and luxury of the nations. SMEs are the most densely populated institutions in the various economies, so it is the nucleus of contracting and a center for training and skills building, but it suffers many obstacles to its origin and development.\nThis research aims at highlighting the characteristics of the personality of the contractor and examining the possibility of its presence in small and medium enterprises. It also aims to attempt to be exposed to the obstacles of contracting in this type of institutions.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 L'entrepreneuriat devenu au centre des occupations dans toutes les économies, en raison de son rôle dans le développement et l'aisance des nations. Les pme représentent la majorité des entreprises dans tous les pays, de ce fait, elles sont le noyau de l'entrepreneuriat, et le centre d'apprentissage et d'excellence. Malgré ça elles souffrent de multiples contraintes qui empêchent leurs créations et leurs développements.\nCe travail de recherche vise à démontrer les caractéristiques de la personnalité entrepreneuriale, et analyser la possibilité de la trouver chez les pme. Ainsi il tente de mettre en exergue les différentes contraintes de l'entrepreneuriat dans ces entreprises. أصبحت المقاولية موضع اهتمام مختلف دول العالم، نظرا لدورها الفعال في رفع مستوى تطور الأمم ورفاهيتها، وتعتبر المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة أكثر المؤسسات تعدادا في مختلف الاقتصاديات، لذلك تمثل نواة المقاولية ومركزا للتدريب وصقل المهمارات، الا أنها تعانى العديد من العراقيل التى تقف أمام نشأتها وتطورها. \nيهدف هذا البحث الي ابراز خصائص شخصية المقاول وبحث امكانية وجودها في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، كما يهدف الي محاولة التعرض الي معوقات المقاولية في هذا النوع من المؤسسات. |
