| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إحداث لفظة جديدة في اللغة أو على الأقل تعبير جديد يتناول حول مفهومي الزعيم والمسير في التصور السوسيولوجي، سنقوم في منهجنا بتقديم نتائج تحقيق ميداني داخل مؤسسة اقتصادية جزائرية بدور حول مهام وأشغال ونشاطات الميسر، مما سمح لنا بتقديم مجموعة لوحات تعبر عن واقع هذه الفئة، وانطلاقا من هذا الواقع نتفرغ في المرحلة الثانية إلى بناء مفهوم أو بالأحرى هذا اللفظ الجديد، مزيج من مميزات الزعيم والميسر، والمفهوم الذي لا يمكن ترجمته باللغة العربية. This study aims to create a new word in the language, or at least a new expression that addresses the concepts of leader and facilitator in sociological perception. In our methodology, we will present the results of a field investigation within an Algerian economic institution on the tasks, works, and activities of the facilitator, which allowed us to present a collection of charts that reflect the reality of this class. Based on this reality, in the second phase, we are dedicated to building a concept, or rather this new term, a combination of the features of the leader and the facilitator, and a concept that cannot be translated into Arabic.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
