| المستخلص: | We have attempted through the expose to highlight very important subject which is “danger” we are trying to get an exact definition to this concept. We usually use this term in our day life without focusing on its meaning. Generally “danger” goes hand in hand with security or safety; “danger” is always with us whenever and wherever we are. Man has been always facing danger from his birth till his death; it is our destiny we can’t run away from it. Since “danger” is living with us, we can’t avoid it but we can take some safety measures to decrease the maximum of its losses. Actually, these measures are mentioned in “assurance”or”insurance”. By the way, not all the dangers are going to be insured. There are some which need conditions and requirement to be so. As a result, the availability of these conditions is very important to get perfect safety and security. لقد حاولنا من خلال هذا العرض البسيط التطرق للخطر محاولة لضبط مفهومه لأننا عادة ما نستعمل هذه الكلمة بكثرة خاصة في مجال التأمين دون أن ندقق في معناها إذ أن الخطر حقيقة من حقائق الوجود على الإنسان أن يتقبلها فالخطر ملازم للإنسان منذ الأزل، والأخطار تحيط بالإنسان في كل زمان وفي كل مكان من يوم مولده حتى يوم وفاته، فنجد أن الإنسان عمل على حماية نفسه من هذه الأخطار من خلال الاستعداد لها ومواجهتها بوسائل شتى، فبالرغم من علمه من أن هذه الوسائل لا تحميه من قدره، ولكنها تساعده بقدر الإمكان في تخفيف الخسائر المادية التي تلحق به نتيجة لتحقق هذه الأخطار. |
