| المستخلص: | نسعى من خلال هذا المقال إلى إبراز أهم تعاريف الحكامة الرشيدة ومبادئها الأساسية التي من خلال تطبيقها يمكن تحقيق تنمية شاملة مستدامة. وان الحكامة الرشيدة إنما وجدت إلا من اجل حل معضلة التنمية والقضاء على معوقاتها وإزالة العراقيل المتعددة وأن مدى تطبيق مبادئ الحكامة الرشيدة يحدد مكانة الدولة في الترتيب العالمي. وللحكامة أثار إيجابية على فعالية المساعدات الإنمائية المقدمة إلى البلدان النامية والفقيرة وعلى حجم الاستثمارات المحلية والأجنبية المباشرة ودورهما في التنمية. فالعلاقة بين الحكامة والتنمية جد وطيدة وهذا يعني انه إذا غابت الحكامة ضاعت التنمية. We seek through this article to highlight the most important definitions of good governance and its fundamental principles through which can be applied to achieve a global sustainable development. Good governance can solve problematic of development in developing and poor countries and the elimination of constraints and removing the multiple obstacles depending on the nature of each country and the extent of the application of the principles of good governance. And that the extent of the application of the principles of good governance defines the country's position in the world ranking. Governance has a positive impact on the effectiveness of aid to developing and poor countries and on the size of the domestic and foreign direct investments and their role in development. The relationship between governance and development is very strong and this means that if governance was absent development is lost. |
