| المستخلص: | That the increasing migration of young people recently in Iraq, especially after a year of anniversaries (2003) resulted in the harsh conditions that drive many young people to emigrate because of what passed by the country's security, economic and sectarian crises that reflected their effect on family cohesion, forcing many young people to leave the their families and their children for their lives and that's what led to the disintegration of the social family and frustration psychologically because most families are supported entirely on their youth might be the father or brother, leaving everything behind Vtsdat family relationships due to the absence of the role of the Authority in maintaining security in the country and the loss of state prestige and disrupt law and the disappearance of eliminating the security institutions this led to chaos and widespread phenomenon of uncontrollable behavioral and this is what the impact on the more slice in Iraq, a young people understand the most affected understand the targeted everywhere murder, detention and displacement, unemployment and the loss of their future, and constantly deterioration in the security situation, Iraq has seen in the recent period the migration of young people did not seen before and this is what the impact on the community, family and economic structure, because any country emptied of its energies youth lead to a weakening of the structure of the country Iraqi youth has become a choice but death and the loss of future completely in Iraq or immigration, and this is the bitter truth. إن تزايد هجرة الشباب في الآونة الأخيرة في العراق ولا سيما بعد أحداث عام (2003) أدت الظروف القاسية بان تدفع الكثير من الشباب الى الهجرة بسبب ما مربه البلاد من الأزمات الأمنية والاقتصادية والطائفية التي انعكست أثارها على التماسك الأسري مما أجبر الكثير من الشباب الى ترك أسرهم وأطفالهم حفاظاً على أرواحهم وهذا ما أدى الى تفكك الأسرة اجتماعياً وإحباطها نفسياً لان أغلب الأسر معتمدة أعتماداً كلياً على الشباب فقد يكون هو الأب أو الأخ تاركاً كل شيء ورائه فتصدعت العلاقات الأسرية بسبب غياب دور السلطة في حفظ الأمن في البلاد وفقدان الدولة هيبتها وتعطيل القوانين واختفاء القضاء في المؤسسات الأمنية فأدى ذلك الى الفوضى وانتشرت ظاهرة الانفلات السلوكي وهذا ما اثر على أكثر شريحة في العراق وهي الشباب فهم الأكثر تضرراً فهم المستهدفون في كل مكان بالقتل والاعتقال والتشريد والبطالة وضياع مستقبلهم، وباستمرار التدهور في الأوضاع الأمنية شهد العراق في الفترة الأخيرة هجرة للشباب لم يشهدها من قبل وهذا ما اثر على البنية المجتمعية والأسرية والاقتصادية لان إفراغ أي بلد من طاقاته الشبابية يؤدي الى إضعاف البنية للبلد فقد أصبح الشباب العراقي أمام خيارين أما الموت وضياع المستقبل تماماً في العراق أو الهجرة وهذه هي الحقيقة المرة. |
