| المستخلص: | نتناول في هذه الدراسة مدى أداء وفعالية السياسات النقدية والمالية باعتبارهما من أهم أدوات السياسة الاقتصادية تأثيرا على النشاط الاقتصادي في علاج الاختلالات الاقتصادية من\tخلال تأثيرها على بعض المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية، حيث اعتمدت هذه الدراسة في جزئها الأول الاستعراض الاطار النظري للسياسات النقدية والمالية بالتطرق إلي المفاهيم و التأثيرات المتبادلة للسياسات النقدية والمالية ولربط عناصر الدراسة ارتأينا إيضاح مفهوم المؤشرات الاقتصادية ومؤشرات الأداء الاقتصادي، كذلك وضحنا آليات وأداء السياستين في تصحيح وعلاج الاختلالات الاقتصادية. بينما تضمن الجزء الثاني للدراسة الجانب التطبيقي وذلك بتحليل أداء وفعالة السياستين النقدية والمالية على المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية (النمو الاقتصادي، التضخم، العجز الموازني، ميزان المدفوعات) للفترة\t(1999-2014) بالاستعانة بالجداول الإحصائية وتحليلها والمستقاة من مصادر مختلفة. This study dealt with the extent of the performance and the effectiveness of the monetary and the financial policies as one of the most important tools of the economic policy, which affects the economic activity in the treatment of the economic imbalances through their impact on some macroeconomic indicators. This study based in its first part on the review of the theoretical framework of the monetary and the financial policies in terms of the concepts and the mutual effects of the monetary and the financial policies. In order to link the elements of the study, we have sought to clarify the concept of the economic indicators and the indicators of the economic performance. We have also clarified the mechanisms and the performance of both policies in correcting and addressing the economic imbalances. The second part of the study included the practical aspect. This is by analyzing the performance and the effect of the monetary and the financial policies on the macroeconomic indicators (the economic growth, the economic inflation, the deficit budget, the balance of payments) of the period (1999-2014) by using the statistical tables, and analyzing them , which are derived from different sources. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
