| 520 | |a يعتبر سعر الصرف أحد المؤشرات الاقتصادية والمالية التي تعبر عن جودة الأداء الاقتصادي لأية دولة سواء أكانت من الدول المتقدمة، ناشئة أو من الدول المتخلفة، كما يعتبر سعر الصرف متغيرا اقتصاديا شديد الحساسية نظرا للمؤثرات الداخلية والخارجية التي يتعرض لها لاسيما أمام اتساع دورة التجارة الخارجية وتطور أسواق المالية الدولية، ولقد أصبح تركيز الاقتصاديين المعاصرين والمتخصصين في المالية الدولية ينصب على دراسة أنظمة أسعار الصرف وكذا العوامل التي تتحكم في تحديدها. تعتبر آلية سعر الصرف العنصر المحوري في اقتصاد المالية الدولية، وعنصر مهم في الفكر المالي الحديث، ولها أهمية بالغة في تعديل وتسوية ميزان المدفوعات للدولة وخصوصا تلك البلدان النامية. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة سنحاول تناول سعر الصرف من حيث الماهية والأسباب والنظريات في الجانب النظري وكذا النمذجة القياسية عن طريق البحث عن أحسن نموذج يؤدي الى دور أكثر فعالية لسعر الصرف في الاقتصاد. | ||
