| 520 | |a تحظى دراسة الإنتاج والإنتاجية وعواملها بعلاقة وطيدة بالتنوع الاقتصادي من خلال تنويع وتغيير هيكل استخدام الموارد، إضافة إلى تحسين كمياتها ونوعيتها، ما يعود بالفائدة على النشاط الاقتصادي والعجلة الإنتاجية. تتمثل مصادر النمو الاقتصادي في نمو مدخلات الإنتاج من عمل، رأس مال، طاقة، موارد أولية ومواد خام، إضافة إلى التغير في الإنتاجية الكلية للعوامل نتيجة التغير التقني أو التغير في كفاءة استخدام المدخلات في العملية الإنتاجية، والإنتاجية الكلية لعوامل الإنتاج من أهم مصادر النمو في الدول الصناعية، مما يؤكد على أهمية هذا المكون وضرورة متابعة اتجاهاته والارتقاء بمعدلاته. يسعى هذا البحث إلى تحديد نمو استخدام عوامل الإنتاج وإنتاجيتها ومصادر نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للجزائر ودول مقارنة اعتماداً على بيانات سنوية بالأسعار الثابتة تغطي الفترة 1990-2014م، وذلك بالاعتماد على منطلقات نظرية النمو الداخلي ولهذا الغرض، يعمد البحث إلى ربط النمو الاقتصادي بكل من رأس المال والعمل، والإنتاجية الكلية لعوامل الإنتاج، ومن ثم توزع النمو إلى مصادره والتعرف على محددات الإنتاجية لعوامل الإنتاج، لغرض دعم الجوانب الإيجابية وتصحيح الاختلالات الهيكلية في الآلة الإنتاجية، حيث وجدت. | ||

For this purpose, the research want to link the economic growth of both capital and labor, and overall factors productivity, , and then to study the distribution of economic growth sources and to identify the determinants of productivity of factors of production, for the purpose to support the positive aspects and correct the structural imbalances in the productive engine, where they exist. | ||
