| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة الراهنة إلى التعرف على ظهور المجتمع المدني وطبيعته ودوره في الإسلام بالإضافة إلى الدور الذي تقوم به الجمعيات الأهلية الدينية كإحدى مؤسسات المجتمع المدني وتحديد مدى فاعليتها والعوامل المؤثرة عليها في تجديد الخطاب الديني من خلال المجتمع وأعضائها العاديين وأعضائها من الخطباء والدعاة والعلماء. وسوف نقوم بتحقيق هذه الأهداف في الدراسة من خلال محورين: المحور الأول: ظهور المجتمع المدني في الإسلام ودوره إزاء أفراد المجتمع. المحور الثاني: دور الجمعيات الأهلية الدينية في دعم المساندة الاجتماعية والعوامل المؤثرة في أدائها لدورها. وقد استخلصت الدراسة عدداً من النتائج أهمها أن للجمعيات الأهلية الإسلامية دور في التخفيف من الفقر ومساعدة الفقراء، بالإضافة إلى التأكيد على تجديد الخطاب الديني من خلال نشر تعاليم الدين الإسلامي ليس قولا فقط وإنما عملاً وهو ما يتفق مع الإطار النظري في أن الجمعيات الأهلية الدينية ساهمت منذ نشأتها في حل بعض المشكلات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، كما أنها ساهمت في تقديم خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية للأسر الفقيرة. The objective of this study is to identify the emergence of civil society, the nature and role of Islam in addition to the role played by religious associations as one of the institutions of civil society and to determine their effectiveness and the factors influencing them in the renewal of religious discourse through the community: its members and ordinary members of the orators, preachers and scholars. We will achieve these goals in the study through two: The first: the emergence of civil society in Islam and its role at the members of the community. The second axis: the role of religious associations in supporting of social support and the factors affecting the performance of their role. The study has drawn a number of results: the most important is Islamic NGOs role in alleviating poverty and helping the poor, as well as to emphasize the renewal of religious discourse through the spread of Islamic teachings which is not words only, but acts that docs in line with the theoretical framework that religious associations contributed since its foundation in solving some of the social and economic problems, they also contributed to the providing of social care services for poor families. |
