| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة كفاية الزمن المخصص في الخطة الدراسية لتنفيذ مقررات الرياضيات بالمرحلة المتوسطة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث الاستبانة أداة لدراسته، كما استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على جميع معلمي الرياضيات بالمرحلة المتوسطة في مدارس مدينة حائل التابعة للإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة حائل (بنين) للعام الدراسي 1435\tه-1436 ه، والبالغ عددهم (١١٢) معلماً وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الزمن المخصص في الخطة الدراسية كاف بدرجة متوسطة لتنفيذ مقررات الرياضيات بالمرحلة المتوسطة، وأن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بدرجة متوسطة على الصعوبات التي تواجه معلمي الرياضيات في كفاية الزمن المخصص في الخطة الدراسية لتنفيذ مقررات الرياضيات بالمرحلة المتوسطة، وأن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بدرجة كبيرة على الحلول المقترحة لمعلمي الرياضيات؛ للتغلب على الصعوبات التي تواجههم في كفاية الزمن المخصص في الخطة الدراسية لتنفيذ مقررات الرياضيات بالمرحلة المتوسطة)، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة يوصى الباحث بضرورة إشراك المعلمين في عملية تقويم وتطوير المناهج؛ لما له فائدة عظيمة على التعليم، وكذلك تدريب الطلاب على مهارات التنظيم الذاتي، وأيضا وضع حوافز للطلاب المنتظمين في الحضور للمدرسة. The study aimed to find out the adequacy of the time allocated in the study plan to implement the mathematics curriculum at the middle school. The researcher used the questionnaire as a study tool to achieve the study objectives. He also employed the descriptive survey curriculum. The sample of the study consisted of all mathematics teachers of middle schools in the city of Hail affiliated to the general administration of education in Hail (boys) for the academic year 1435 AH - 1436 AH. The total number of teachers reached 112. The study results showed that the time allocated in the study plan is sufficient at a moderate level for the implementation of mathematics courses at the middle school. It also showed that the sample members agree at a moderate level to the difficulties faced by mathematics teachers in the adequacy of the time allocated in the study plan to implement Mathematics courses at the middle school. The study sample highly agrees with the proposed solutions for mathematics teachers to overcome the difficulties they face in the adequacy of the time allocated in the study plan to implement the courses of mathematics at the middle school. In light of the study results, the researcher recommends the necessity of involving teachers in the process of evaluating and developing the curriculum, which is of great benefit to education, as well as training students in self-organization skills, in addition to having some incentives for those students who attend school regularly. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 |
