| المستخلص: | في ضوء مضمون التنمية البشرية المستدامة والذي يستند الي فكرة ضمان فرص العمل للاجيال المقبلة أي بمعنى الانصاف في التوزيع او تقاسم الفرص الانمائية بين الاجيال الحاضرة والأجيال المقبلة حيث أنها تعطي أولوية للحد من الفقر والعمالة المنتجة وللتعامل الاجتماعي ولاعادة توليد البيئة وهي توازن بين الاعداد البشرية وبين ما لدى المجتمعات من قدرات متوائمة، وما لدى الطبيعة من قدرات هائلة ومن خلال الدور الحقيقي للتربية الفنية والذي يتسع في الانتشار بتفعيل دورها بالارتباط بمعالجة مشكلات المجتمع، والعصر الذي نعيش فيه، واقتحام أزمة البطالة من أجل التنمية الشاملة التى تنشدها الدولة. فالتربية الفنية تقدم للشباب في مختلفا المراحل التعليمية أنشطة فنية متعددة وتقوم بإعداد الشباب ثقافيا، وفنيا بما يتيح لهم فرص الابداع لمحاولة علاج البطالة. ولعل التدريب علي أمكانية تطويع الخامات المختلفة من أقمشة وجلود طبيعية وصناعية والتولميف بين تقنيات الجلد المختلفة وأساليب الطباعة والتطريز وغيرها من التقنيات الملائمة لكل خامة والتي يمكن أن تتألف مع بعضها لا يحتاج الي تجهيزات مكانية، أومادية، فالأدوات والخامات بها ليست عالية التكاليف فبقايا الأقمشة وبقايا الجلود المتبقية من ورش ومصانع تصنيع الجلود متوفر، ومجال الطباعة اليدوية إحدي المجالات الرئيسية في التربية الفنية، التي يمكن توظيفها بكل سهولة ويسر، فتري الباحثة أن كل هذا يساهم في تحقيق أهداف المجتمع لدي الشباب باستثمار طاقاتهم في تنمية المستوي الاقتصادي من خلال دراستهم لبرامج تدريسية ليكون قادرا علي عمل مشروع فني تشكيلي يقوم علي توظيف الخامات المتنوعة بحيث يجمع بين الجانب الوظيفي والتشكيلي معا وأن يكون قادرا علي عمل منتج للمشروعات الصغيرة للمواكبة في فاعلية المشاركة المجتمعية للخريج ليواكب سوق العمل. وفي هذا البحث تقدم الباحثة نموذج لبرنامج لمشروع صغير من خلال تطويع الخامات المختلفة من أقمشة وجلود طبيعية وصناعية والتوليف بين تقنيات الجلد والقماش والتي يمكن أن تتآلف مع بعضها، ليكون الخريج قادرا علي عمل مشروع فني تشكيلي يقوم علي توظيف الخامات المتنوعة بحيث يجمع بين الجانب الوظيفي والتشكيلي معا. فيتم توظيف التقنيات المختلفة في عمل فني موظف لسد احتياجات سوق العمل والارتقاء بالذوق العام وأن يكون قادرا علي عمل منتج للمشروعات الصغيرة للمواكبة في فاعلية المشاركة المجتمعية للخريج ليواكب سوق العمل وذلك من خلال الرؤية البصرية والجمالية اثناء الممارسة الفعلية وكمحاولة لتقديم مشروعا انتاجيا صغيرا لابنائنا من شباب الخريجين كأحد الحلول لعلاج مشكلة البطالة حتي نشهد تنمية بشرية مستدامة في مجتمعنا.
