Terrorism is a serious and grave on the community, including get behind him safe to the loss and destruction of property and violation of the sanctity and sacrilege, murder and kidnapping of civilians innocent phenomenon or a threat to the lives of many of them in Iraq, the subject takes a dimension more important by virtue of the suffering of Iraqis from different images of terrorist crimes and under Msmat, various pretexts offered to community safety and safe to dangerous and canceled the horror in the hearts of citizens and Alhvt damage to the economy, environment and facilities, public and private property and disrupt normal life in large parts of the private home of Arab and international countries in general. And individuals who conduct terrorist walk enjoying high viability to guess in the sense that they drew a lot of information from some religious symbols, and took axioms is debatable and this in itself is essential to the formation of the will of the terrorist and extremist behavior, which is determined by three levels. تعريف ظاهرة السلوك الإرهابي بين القانون وعلم النفس: عرف بأنه صورة متعلمة من صور السلوك العدواني تتم من خلال عملية النمذجة الاجتماعية لسلوك الأخرين تستهدف تحقيق غاية معينة. فالسلوك الإرهابي أصبح ظاهرة من الظواهر الاجتماعية التي تنشأ وتترعرع في ظل عوامل نفسية واجتماعية خاصة وتحت ظروف سياسية واقتصادية وثقافية معينة وتشترك جميع هذا العوامل والظروف بشكل أو بأخر في إنتاج ظاهرا الإرهاب في الواقع الاجتماعي، ومن ثم فأن أي معالجة جادة لهذا الظاهرة تتطلب معرفة دقيقة لهذه العوامل والظروف التي تساعد على وجود هذه الظاهرة السلوكية ودرستها. فالإرهاب ظاهرة خطيرا وجسيمة على المجتمع بما يتخلفه من ضياع الآمن وتدمير للممتلكات وانتهاك للحرمات وتدنيس للمقدسات وقتل وخطف للمدنيين الآمنين أو تهديد لحياة الكثير منهم وفي العراق يأخذ هذا الموضوع بعدا أكثر أهمية بحكم معاناة العراقيين من مختلف صور الجرائم الإرهابية وتحت مسمات، وذرائع مختلفة عرضت سلامة المجتمع وأمنة للخطر وألغت الرعب في نفوس المواطنين وألحفت الضرر بالاقتصاد والبيئية والمنشأت والأملاك العامة والخاصة وعرقلة ممارسة الحياة الطبيعية في أجزاء كبيرة من الوطن خاصة والبلدان العربية والعالمية عامة. والأفراد الذين يسلكون سلوكا إرهابيا يتمتعون بقابلية عالية على الإيحاء بمعنى أنهم استقوا الكثير من المعلومات من بعض الرموز الدينية وأخذوها مسلمات غير قابلة للنقاش وهذا بحد ذاته ضروري لتشكيل إرادة السلوك الإرهابي المتطرف والذي يتحدد بثلاث مستويات وهي: أ- مستوى عقلي معرفي: المتمثل في انعدام القدرة على التأمل والتفكير. ب- مستوى وجداني: المتمثل في الاندفاع في السلوك. ت- مستوى سلوكي: المتمثل في ممارسة العنف والعدوان ضد الأخرين. |
