| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد درجة توافر معايير الأنموذج الأوربي للتميز بجامعة حائل، وتوضيح الإجراءات المقترحة لاستيفاء بعض معايير الأنموذج الأوربي والتي لم يتم استيفاؤها، اعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على المنهج الوصفي وذلك لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة الحالية، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة استيفاء جامعة حائل من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس لمعايير الأنموذج الأوروبي للتميز جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما توصلت إلى أن ترتيب معايير الاستبانة طبقاً لآراء أفراد العينة، كان على النحو التالي : الترتيب الأول: للمعيار الرابع، ومعيار الشراكة والموارد. بمتوسط مرجح يتراوح بين 4.2 – 3.8، الترتيب الثاني: للمعيار الخامس، معيار العمليات، بمتوسط مرجح يتراوح بين 3.9 – 2.6، الترتيب الثالث : للمعيار السادس، معيار النتائج، بمتوسط مرجح يتراوح بين 4.4 – 2.0، الترتيب الرابع : للمعيار الأول، معيار القيادة، بمتوسط مرجح يتراوح بين 4.0 – 1.9، الترتيب السادس : للمعيار الثاني، معيار السياسات والاستراتيجيات، بمتوسط مرجح يتراوح بين 2.2 – 1.7، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة استيفاء معايير الأنموذج الأوربي خاصة المعايير التي حصلت من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة على درجة توافر (متوافر بدرجة متوسطة وغير متوافر). كما أوصت بضرورة نشر ثقافة معايير التمييز بين جميع الكوادر البشرية في جامعة حائل لتحقيق القناعة بها والعمل في ظلها. | ||
| 520 | |b The study aimed to determine the degree of availability of the European model standards of excellence at the University of Hail, and to clarify the actions proposed to meet some of the European model standards that have not been met, the current study is based on the descriptive method as it suits the nature of the current study, the study found that the degree of fulfillment of Hail University from the point of view of the staff members the standards of the European model of excellence for faculty members came to a fair degree, also it found that the order of the questionnaire axes according to the views of respondents, was as follows: first place: the fourth axis, the standard of partnership and resources. Weighted average of between 8.3 to 2.4, the second order: the axis V, standard processes, a weighted average of between 6.2 to 9.3, the third ranking: sixth axis, the standard results, the weighted average of between 2.0-4.4, respectively IV: The first axis, the standard command, a weighted average of between 2.0- 4.0, respectively V: The third axis, the standard of human resources, a weighted average of between 1.9-4.0, ranking sixth: The second axis, the standard policies and strategies, a weighted average of between 7.1 to 2.2, the study recommended the need to meet European standards for model parameters obtained from the point of view of the respondents on the degree of availability (moderately available and unavailable). It also recommended the need to spread the culture of excellence standards among all of human resources in the University of Hail. | ||
