| المستخلص: | قد يغفل الكثيرون منا أهمية التخطيط، ولا تظهر قيمته إلا عند اصطدامنا بالصعوبات والمشكلات التي تعيق سير العمل، وتؤثر في إنجازه بالطريقة الأيسر، فالتخطيط لأي عمل هو الإعداد المسبق لمراحل سيره، وتحديد الأدوات الموظفة في إنجازه، وهذا يتضمن الكشف المسبق عن الصعوبات التي قد تظهر في مراحل العمل. يظهر التخطيط في جميع المجالات الاقتصادية والسياسية والتربوية، وغيرها، ويعد التخطيط اللغوي أحد أبرز المجالات لارتباط اللغة بالمجتمع؛ فاللغة رداء الفكر، بها يعبر الإنسان عما يحتاج إليه، وبها يجول بعقله وفكره، وهي وسيلة تفاهم بين الأفراد والمجتمعات والشعوب والدول. ولأهمية التخطيط في حياتنا اخترنا أن يكون عنوان المقال: "مزايا التخطيط اللغوي وصور تطبيقه"، رغبة منا في تسليط الضوء على أهمية التخطيط في مسار تطوير وازدهار اللغات في المجتمع. ولتحقيق هذا المسعى اتبعنا خطة قوامها مبحثين، اختص الأول بتحديد مفهوم التخطيط اللغوي وخصائصه وشروطه، وتناول الآخر بعض صور تطبيق التخطيط اللغوي. وانتهى البحث بجملة من النتائج العلمية. Many of us may overlook the importance of planning, and its importance appears only when we encounter difficulties and problems that hinder the progress of work, and affect its right achievement. The planning of any work is the preparation of the steps of its progress and identifying the tools employed in its completion, and this includes advance disclosure of the difficulties that may appear in the work stages. The planning is evident in all fields: economic, political, educational, and others. Language planning is considered as one of the most important factor because of the deep link between language and society. With language, human beings can express what they need and reflect on their mind and thought. It -language-is a way of understanding between individuals, communities, people and nations. Because of the importance of planning in our lives we chose to give our article the title: "The Advantages of Linguistic Planning and its Application Forms", in order to highlight the importance of planning in the development and prosperity of languages in society. In order to achieve this endeavor, we followed a plan consisting of two sections. The first one was to define the concept of language planning, its characteristics and conditions, the second dealt with some forms of the application of linguistic planning. The research ended with a set of scientific results. |
