| المستخلص: | Le but de ce travail est pour tenter de cemer la rèalitè de l’assurance sociale pour la famille algèrienne, et on a concentrer sur le concept df la famille, types et fonctions, ainsi que le concept de l’assurance sociale et son dèveloppement historique, et sur les risque couverts par la couverture de l’assurance sociale comme la maladie et la naissance et le dèficit et la mortalitè. Ainsi que les conditios ou la famille peut profiter de l’assurance sociale, en plus d’aborder les lois les plus importantes qui influent sur l’assurance sociale touche la famille algèrienne.\nOn a utuliser l’approche descriptive, cette ètudeconstatè que les famille impliquèes dans le domaine de l’assurance sociale ont beaucoup de droit en particulier en ce qui concerne à dèpasser les problèmes et les crises et de profiter des occasions comme l’accouchement. Ces famille devient ainsi une plus grande èconomiquecapacitè para port au autres qui sont pas impliquès dans le domaine de l’assurance sociale. This work aims to try to identify the reality of the Algerian family's social security. That's why the light is cast on the concept of the family, its types and functions, as well as the concept of social insurance and its historical development, and the risks included in social insurance coverage of illness, birth, disability, and death as well as the conditions for the family to benefit from social insurance, in addition to addressing the most important social insurance laws that affect the Algerian family. This was done through the use of the descriptive method. This study has concluded that families involved in the field of social insurance enjoy plenty of rights, especially about overcoming problems and crises and benefiting from events such as childbirth. Thus, these families become more and more economically capable than families who are not involved in social insurance. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 يهدف هذا العمل إلى محاولة التعرف عن واقع التأمينات الاجتماعية للأسرة الجزائرية، فتم تسليط الضوء على مفهوم الأسرة وأنواعها ووظائفها، وكذا مفهوم التأمينات الاجتماعية وتطورها التاريخي، وعلى المخاطر التي تشملها التغطية في التأمينات الاجتماعية من مرض وولادة وعجز ووفاة. وكذا شروط استفادة الأسرة من التأمينات الاجتماعية، إلى جانب التطرق لأهم قوانين التأمينات الاجتماعية التي تمس الأسرة الجزائرية. وكان ذلك عن طريق الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى إن الآسر المنخرطة ضمن مجال التأمينات الاجتماعية يتمتعون بقدر كبير من الحقوق خاصة فيما يتعلق بتخطي المشكلات والأزمات والاستفادة من المناسبات كالولادة. فتصبح هذه الأسر بذلك أكثر وأكبر قدرة اقتصادية من الأسر الغير منخرطين ضمن مجال التأمينات الاجتماعية. |
