| المستخلص: | 1 – The Holy Quran considered the main source in guiding the scholars through A’ayat of Quran in the legitimate policy whether it is in media speech or other kinds, it considered the first source of Arab history and the most confided source ever due it`s Allah words who save it from amateurs ''We have , without doubt,sent down the Message ,and we will assuredly guard it (from corruption)''. 2 – The inference of Ayat Al-Quran that confirming the Quranic speech, attributes, methods and principals which establised the concept of Islamic media speech and it`s references. 3 – Media with all it`s potentials and qualifications make it in the front of other communication means in conveying events and spread Islam, that comes due to the origin of Media speech which it`s main source The Holy Quran. |
