| المستخلص: | The modern concept of citizenship produces a democratic bond and, consequently, a social bond and a human bond through the equality before which it holds all men, all citizens irrespective of sex, condition, race or religion. Citizenship education therefore represents one of the pillars of the construction of the rule of law and the democratic functioning of its institutions. It is also an important part of the education of the pupil, the man and the citizen. As such, it has a significant impact on the educational background and the life of the individual. This article proposes to outline some of the peculiarities that are problematic for Algerian schools in their efforts to educate citizenship.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 La notion moderne de citoyenneté est productrice de lien démocratique et, par voie de conséquence, de lien social et de lien humain par l’égalité devant laquelle elle tient tous les hommes, tous les citoyens sans distinction de sexe, de condition, de race ou de religion. L’éducation à la citoyenneté constitue donc l’un des piliers de la construction de l’état de droit et du fonctionnement démocratique de ses institutions. Elle est aussi une partie importante de l’éducation de l’élève, de l’homme et du citoyen. A ce titre elle impacte, de manière significative, le parcours scolaire et la vie de l’individu. Cet article se propose d’exposer quelques unes des particularités qui posent problème à l’école algérienne dans son effort d’éducation à la citoyenneté. يعد المفهوم الحديث للمواطنة مصدرا مهما لصنع الرباط الديمقراطي، ومن ثمة، الرباط الإنساني والتماسك الاجتماعي، وهذا من خلال المساواة التي يتميز بها المفهوم لدي كل الناس التي يتميز بها هذا المفهوم لدي كل الناس على اختلاف جلدتهم وجنسهم ودينهم وثروتهم. وفي هذا الإطار تعتبر التربية على المواطنة من أسس دينامكية بناء دولة القانون والقاعدة المتينة للتوظيف الديمقراطي لمؤسساتها. إن التربية على المواطنة تعد أيضا جزءا هاما في تكوين وتربية التلميذ، والإنسان والمواطن، ولها بالغ التأثير على مسارهم المدرسي والوجداني. \\ يسعي هذا المقال إلى إبراز بعض خصوصيات المدرسة الجزائرية والصعوبات التي تواجهها في تحقيق التربية على المواطنة. |
