| المستخلص: | The article aimed to shed light on a topic entitled "Babylon and the Camp of the Fourth Gulf Battle". The article explains the population of Babylon, and taking a look at the approximate population of Babylon province in 2003, it is clear that the proportion of Sunni Arabs in this province not less than a third in the lowest estimates. The article also pointed to the tireless movement of the Safavid Shiism. Since the fall of Mosul, under the organization of ISIS and Shiism procedures are conducted by force in the areas under ISIS, and at accelerated and escalating pace, taking advantage of the security chaos that strikes the country against the weakness and complicity of the government element. The article concluded by explaining the plan of militias and Shiites towards the Gulf, which calls for a serious stand from the part of the Arab countries, especially the Gulf countries, to face this practical and well-studied project.
