| المستخلص: | Due to the transformations that have taken place in the Algerian economic arena, especially its transition from central planning to a market economy and its openness to the global economy “knowledge economy”, in which knowledge and management are particularly important as the main axis of this economy and the way to integrate it into it.\nIt has become obvious that the success of the Algerian Economic Corporation is linked to its ability to develop, invest and effectively manage its knowledge assets in a way that makes this knowledge useful and ready for application., Through serious thinking about moving the institution towards adopting and implementing knowledge management; and the adoption of all means and the provision of all necessary conditions and measures to achieve this, which will have a positive impact on performance, productivity and quality levels, all of which are elements of long-term competition.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. Vu les changements qu’a subit l’économie algérienne, surtout sont passage de la planification centrale vers l’économie du marché, et aussi son ouverture sur l’économie mondiale « économie du savoir » au sein de laquelle la connaissance et sa gestion occupent une importance capitale et son considérées comme la pierre angulaire et la voie vers l’incorporation dans cette économie, il est devenu clair et évident que le succès de la société économique algérienne est tributaire de sa capacité à développer et à investir ses capitaux de connaissance et les gérer d’une manière efficace de sorte que ces connaissances soient bénéfique et prêtes à\nl’application, à travers une sérieuse réflexion à orienter la société vers l’adoption et l’application de la gestion des connaissances, et la mise en place des conditions favorables et des précautions nécessaires à la réalisation des objectifs, ce qui va influer positivement sur les niveaux de performance, de productivité et de qualité qui constituent des éléments d’une concurrence à long terme. نظرا للتحولات التي شهدتها الساحة الاقتصادية الجزائرية لاسيما انتقالها من التخطيط المركزي إلى اقتصاد السوق وانفتاحها على الاقتصاد العالمي "اقتصاد المعرفة" الذي تحتل فيه المعرفة وإدارتها أهمية خاصة باعتبارها المحور الأساسي لهذا الاقتصاد والسبيل للاندماج فيه ؛ فقد أصبح من البديهي أن يرتبط نجاح المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية بمدى قدرتها على تنمية واستثمار موجوداتها المعرفية وإدارتها بشكل فعال بالشكل الذي يجعل من هذه المعرفة مفيدة وجاهزة للتطبيق، من خلال التفكير الجاد في التوجه بالمؤسسة نحو تبني إدارة المعرفة وتطبيقها، والأخذ بكافة السبل وتوفير جميع الشروط والتدابير اللازمة التي من شأنها تحقيق ذلك، مما ينعكس إيجابا على مستويات الأداء والإنتاجية والجودة التي تشكل في مجموعها عناصر التنافس طويلة المدى. |
