| المستخلص: | This research seeks to stand on a new experience in the world of Arabic language academies in the Arab world, it is reflected in the establishment of a linguistic academy on the World wide Web (Internet). This takes the digital mediator as a field for his work so that it could interact easily and conveniently directly with Arab people, giving the linguistic services to these researchers, rather than the trouble of searching in the paper mediator. The new Academy has been able to compete with other language academies, and achieve great linguistic achievements in a short period, like: issue decisions, alerts and scientific journal and books, as well as dealing with linguistic issues and find solutions to the problems that were encountered by the researchers. The paper concludes that this experience is a chance to keep up with the information revolution age including the world Wide Web; it reveals the efforts of people working on this Academy in providing the Arabic language for Arab students and its lovers in the shortest possible route. So the Arabic language in this case is at hand. يسعى هذا البحث إلى الوقوف على تجربة جديدة في عالم مجامع اللغة العربية في الوطن العربي، تتجلى في إنشاء مجمع لغوي على الشبكة العالمية (الإنترنيت)، يتخذ من الوسيط الرقمي ميدانا لعمله بما يمكنه من التفاعل مع أهل العربية بسهولة ويُسر بصورة مباشرة، مُقدما خدمات لغوية لهؤلاء الباحثين بدلا من عناء البحث في الوسيط الورقي، وقد استطاع المجمع الجديد أن يُنافس المجامع اللغوية الأخرى، وأن يُحقق منجزات لغوية كبيرة في مُدة قصيرة من أهمها: إصدار قرارات وتنبيهات ومجلة علمية مُحكمة وكتب، فضلاً عن التعرض إلى مسائل لغوية وإيجاد حلول لمشكلات تعترض طريق الباحثين. يفضي البحث إلى أن هذه التجربة فرصة لمواكبة عصر ثورة المعلومات في شقها المتعلق بالشبكة العالمية، وهي تكشف عن جهود القائمين على هذا المجمع في تقديم العربية لطلابها وعُشاقها بأقصر طريق ممكن، فالعربية – وهذه الحال – في متناول اليد. |
