| المستخلص: | Cet article vise à mettre en évidence l’importance du terme scientifique réputé l’un des outils de recherche, qu’il est nécessaire encore de prendre en charge davantage de manière spécifique au niveau du monde arabe. Il faut en outre signaler l’importance grandissante qu’on lui accorde au sein du savoir mondial et définir la phase très particulière du processus de sa formation, à savoir la phase de nomination terminologique. C’est en effet la première question que le terminologue entreprit de traiter. D’autre part, la nomination terminologique est le principe de base pour n’importe quelle étude terminologique étant donné qu’elle est liée au processus de la naissance du terme, à son développement et à l’observation des fondements, pratiques et logiques, les plus importants qui lui sont liés, et dont l’étude minutieuse est à même de préserver au terme scientifique son processus de formation normal… Parmi ces fondements, nous citons ce qui est lié au terminologue lui-même, qui forge le terme dans un domaine scientifique donné : la connaissance du concept et la compétence linguistique nécessaire pour la création des néologismes ainsi que le pouvoir créatif imaginaire permettant de connecter le concept et sa nomination. Le rapport entre ces deux éléments fondamentaux du terme (concept et nomination) doit en effet être bien cerné par le terminologue en vu de converger les efforts pour essayer de faire face à cette anarchie terminologique au sein de notre monde arabe. تسعى المقالة إلى إبراز أهمية المصطلح العلمي باعتباره إحدى الأدوات البحثية التي مازالت في حاجة إلى مزيد من العناية والتدقيق في العالم العربي، والتنبيه إلى العناية التي بات يحظى بها ضمن المعرفة العالمية، والتعريف بمرحلة حساسة من حياته ألا وهي مرحلة الوضع المصطلحي، وهي أول قضية تستوقف الدارس المهتم بهذا الموضوع، وهي القضية المنطلق والأساس، لأنها تتعلق بولادة المصطلح ونشأته، ورصد أهم ما ارتبط بها من أسس عملية منطقية من شأن الحرص عليها أن يحفظ للمصطلح العلمي نشأة سوية... ومن تلك الأسس ما يتعلق بواضع المصطلح، أي المتخصص الذي يسمي ما أبدعه في مجال علمي معين وأهمها ثلاثة: معرفة المفهوم، والقدر اللغوية على إبداع الألفاظ المسمية، والمخيلة التي تعين على الجمع بينهما، ومنها ما يتعلق بالمصطلح الموضوع نفسه لفظا ومفهوما مع ما يتطلبه الجمع بين هذين الطرفين من وجود علاقات ووشائج، كل هذا قصد الإسهام ولو باليسير في جع الجهود التي من شانها أن تحد من فوضى المصطلح في العالم العربي. The article seeks to highlight the importance of the scientific term considering it as one of the research tools that still need more attention and scrutiny in the Arab world. The article aims to alert to the attention that has become a part of global knowledge. This study also seeks to introduce a sensitive phase of the life of the Arab world. This is the phase of the terminological situation, which is the first case to stop the student interested in this subject. It is the basic principle for any terminological study as it is related to the birth of the term and its origin and monitoring the most important logical and practical principles associated with it. There are three most important bases concerning the author of the term or the expert who calls what he created in a particular field of science: Knowledge of the concept, the linguistic ability to create naming words, and the imagination that helps to combine them. Some of them are related to the subject term itself, both verbally and understandably, along with the existence of relations and ties required by the combination of these two parties. All of them are intended to contribute even a little bit to collect efforts that would reduce the chaos of the term in the Arab world.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. |
