| 520 | |e \nهدف المقال إلى الكشف عن قراءة في المنشور الأول للثورة العربية الكبرى. وتناول المقال أهمية الوثائق الرسمية كالمراسلات والمكاتبات والمناشير. كما سلط الضوء على الوثيقة الرسمية لثورة العربية. والتطرق إلى أسباب الثورة الواردة في المنشور الأول وجاءت في خمسة أسباب رئيسة وهما على النحو الآتي استيلاء أعضاء حزب الاتحاد والترقي على الحكم في الدولة وسلب السلطان حق التصرف الشرعي والقانوني في أمورها. ودخول الاتحاديين الحرب العالمية الأولي عام 1914م إلى جانب ألمانيا والنمسا ضد بريطانيا وفرنسا وإيطاليا. بالإضافة إلى محاربة اللغة العربية وإقصاؤها عن الاستخدام في المدارس ومؤسسات الدولة وولايتها. وخروج الاتحاديين على أحكام الدين وأركانه والتهاون في تطبيق الشريعة. وأخيرا اضطهاد الأحرار العرب ومفكريهم من رجالات النهضة العربية. وأشارت نتائج المقال إلى انه لم يكن هذا المنشور هو المنشور المهم فقط بين مناشير الثورة بل تلته ثلاثة مناشير أخري على جانب كبير من الأهمية وتحتاج إلى دراسة وتحليل واستنتاج لأهم ملامح الفكر القومي للشريف الحسين بن على فقد صدر المنشور الثاني في 20 أيلول عام 1916 وفيه تأكيد ما جاء في المنشور الأول. وأن العداء العربي هو موجه للاتحاديين وليس للأتراك الشرفاء ثم تلاه المنشور الثالث في 29 تشرين الثاني من العام ذاته وفيه تأكيد أن الدافع لتحالف العرب مع غيرهم قائم على الصداقة والمنافع المتبادلة أما المنشور الرابع فقد صدر في 7 أذار عام 1917 م وفيه تأكيد ظلم الاتحاديين وتجاوزاتهم وأن الثورة موجهة ضدهم.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018\n | ||
| 520 | |f The article aims to reveal a reading in the first publication of the Great Arab Revolt. The article dealt with the importance of the official documents such as letters, correspondence and publications. It also highlighted the official document of the Arab revolution. The reasons for the revolution contained in the first publication were presented in five main reasons, as follows: the takeover of the state by the members of the Union and the Progressive Party and depriving the Sultan of the right to lawful and legal action in its affairs. The entry of the federalists to the First World War in 1914 along with Germany and Austria against Britain, France and Italy, as well as fighting the Arabic language and its exclusion from use in schools and state institutions and its mandate, and the departure of the federals on the provisions of religion and its pillars and complacency in the application of Sharia. Finally the persecution of the Arab liberals and their thinkers of the men of the Arab Renaissance. The results of the article indicate that this publication was not only important publication among the publications of the revolution, but followed by three other publications of great importance and need to study, analysis and conclusion of the most important features of the national thought of Al-Sharif Bin Hussein Bin Ali. The second publication was issued on September 20, 1916. It confirmed what was stated in the first publication, and that the Arab hostility is directed to the federalists and not to the honorable Turks, followed by the third publication on November 29 of the same year, in which the confirmation that the motivation of the alliance of the Arabs with others is based on friendship and mutual benefits.
