| 520 | |a تعد اللغة من أكبر نعم الله على عباده، وذلك لوظائفها المختلفة في الحياة الاجتماعية للأفراد الناطقة بها؛ لأن بها تتم عملية الاتصال والتواصل، التبليغ والتفاهم، العمل والتعامل، ومنه ندرك أهمية عمليتي الإرسال والاستقبال اللذان تخضع لهما الرسالة الصوتية؛ لكن قد يصاب الجهاز العصبي بمرض أو خلل معين يؤدي إلى عدم تحقق عمليات التفكير المختلفة والمعقدة، أو يصاب جهاز النطق الإرسالي، أو جهاز السمع الاستقبالي؛ فتنجم عنه إعاقة للعملية التواصلية وعدم اكتمالها، ولا يتحقق الهدف المراد تبليغه؛ لأجل كل هذا خصصنا هذا البحث للحديث عن معوقات عملية الاستقبال، وتبيين آثارها في العملية التواصلية، ويكون البدء بتحديد مفاهيم المصطلحات الأساسية المشكلة للعنوان.\n | ||
