| المستخلص: | لعل موضوع التعليم الإلكتروني هو أفضل ما تم تحقيقه في عصر الإبداع التكنولوجي في زمانا هذا، والفضل يعود لمبتكري التكنولوجية العلمية التعليمية المتطورة، ونجاح العملية التعليمية في منظور المختصين في هذا الميدان مبني على ثلاثة عناصر رئيسة هي: المعلم، والتعلم، والمعرفة العلمية وتتضمنها طرائق التدريس، والوسائل العلمية، والتقييم، فبدون هذه الوسائل لا يمكن لأي معلم مهما كان يتملك كفاءة علمية، أو خبرة مهنية في ميدان اختصاصه، فإنه يعجز في كثير من الأحيان عن توصيل المادة العلمية للمتعلم في غياب الوسائل المذكور آنفا، والمناسبة للمستوى المعرفي والزمني للمتعلم. ولهذا قمت بتعريف مختصر يخص مصطلح: (التعلم، والتعليم، والتعليمية، والوسائل التعليمية التقليدية والإلكترونية)، كون هذه المصطلحات في رأيي منها ما له علاقة بالتعليم الإلكتروني، كما أشرت إلى منشأ التعليمية في الغرب وما يقابلها في العربية. ثم تطرقت إلى تعريف الوسائل التعليمية، وتاريخ اعتمادها بما في ذلك عند العرب. كما تطرقت إلى تعريف التكنولوجيا وأصلها، ودورها التعليمي، وفوائدها التعليمية. ثم تحدثت عن التعليم والتعلم الإلكتروني، والأجهزة المعينة على نقل التعليم للمتعلم، والعوامل المشجعة على التعليم الإلكتروني، وأساليب هذا التعلم، والفوائد التي تعود على المتعلم والمؤسسة التعليمية من خلال التعليم الإلكتروني، ثم ركزت على الإنترنت كمصدر للتعليم الإلكتروني وتركت الحديث عن الأقمار الصناعية، والنشر الإلكتروني، والمكتبة الإلكترونية، والكتاب الإلكتروني، والبريد الإلكتروني، والدوريات الإلكترونية واكتفيت بعنصر الإنترنت؛ لأنها أكثر تداولا بين أوساط المجتمعات المتعلمة. Perhaps the topic of e-learning is the best that has been achieved in the era of technological innovation in our time, thanks to the innovators of advanced educational, scientific technology. The success of the educational process in the perspective of specialists in this field is based on three main elements: Teacher, learning, scientific knowledge, and they include teaching methods, scientific means, and evaluation. Without these means, no teacher, no matter how well he has scientific competence or professional experience in his field of competence, is often unable to deliver the scientific material to the learner in the absence of the means mentioned above, appropriate to the level of knowledge and time of the learner. That's why I made a brief definition of the term "learning, teaching, educational, traditional and electronic teaching methods" as these terms, in my opinion, are related to e-learning. I also mentioned the origin of education in the West and its corresponding in Arabic. Then, I discussed the definition of teaching aids and the date of their adoption, including among Arabs. I also addressed the definition and origin of technology, its educational role, and its educational benefits. Then I talked about teaching and e-learning, the devices that help transfer education to the learner, the factors that encourage e-learning, and the methods of this learning, and benefits to the learner and the educational institution through e-education. Then I focused on the Internet as a source of e-learning and left talking about satellites, e-publishing, e-library, e-book, e-mail, e-journals.
