| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة تنمية مهارات الحب الوالدي لخفض الضغوط لدى الأمهات الأطفال الذاتويين، وكذلك الكشف عن علاقة الضغوط النفسية بمجموعة من المتغيرات الديموجرافيا (المستوى الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، والتعليمي)، تم تطبيق مقياس الضغوط الوالدية إعداد (د/فيولا الببلاوي) على عينة (ن=40) من أمهات الأطفال الذاتيويين الاتي يشعرون بالضغط النفسي نتيجة وجود طفل ذاتوي بالأسرة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات الأمهات من مستويات تعليمية مختلفة في الضغوط النفسية، كما يتضح أنه لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متسوط درجات افراد العينة من المستويات الاجتماعية المختلفة على مقياس الضغوط النفسية، وأيضا لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أمهات لدرجة ذاتوية مرتفعة والأمهات لأطفال ذات الدرجة الذاتية المنخفضة على مقياس الضغوط النفسية أي أنه لا تختلف مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدي عينة الدراسة باختلاف مستوى الذاتوية، يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متسوط درجات افراد العينة على مقياس الضغوط النفسية في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي وهي دالة عند مستوي الدلالة0.01. وذلك في اتجاه التطبيق القبلي، أي ان البرنامج عمل على تخفيف الضغوط النفسية لدى أفراد العينة. كما لا وجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين البعدي والتتبعي بالنسبة للمجموعة التجريبية وذلك على مقياس الحب الوالدي ومكوناته الفرعية.
