| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة بشكل عام إلى التعرف على أساليب التنشئة الأسرية التي تستخدمها بعض الأسر وعلاقتها بالقيم الاجتماعية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس الابتدائية ومعلميها ومرشديها، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبعد تطبيق أداة الدراسة (الاستبيان) على عينة مكونة من مديري ومعلمي ومرشدي المدارس الابتدائية العامة حكومي (نهاري) بمدينة الرياض، توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج منها أن هناك موافقة بين أفراد عينة الدراسة على دور الأسرة في تنمية قيمة الاعتماد على النفس لدى أبنائها، وأن هناك موافقة بين أفراد عينة الدراسة على دور الأسرة في تنمية قيمة احترام الأنظمة والقوانين لدى أبنائها، وعلى دور الأسرة في تنمية قيمة الطموح التعليمي والمهني لدى أبنائها، وعلى الدور الذي تقوم به الأسرة في تنمية القيم الاجتماعية لدى أبنائها، وعلى محاذير الأساليب التربوية على قيمة الاعتماد على النفس، وعلى محاذير الأساليب التربوية على قيمة الطموح التعليمي والمهني، كما أشارت إلى أنه لا توجد هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو كلا من (دور الأسرة في تنمية قيم (الاعتماد على النفس، احترام الأنظمة والقوانين، الطموح التعليمي والمهني) محاذير الأساليب التربوية على قيمة احترام الأنظمة والقوانين) باختلاف متغير المهنة، وأن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو محاذير الأساليب التربوية على قيمة الاعتماد على النفس باختلاف متغير المهنة، وذلك لصالح المعلمين. | ||
| 520 | |f In general, the study aimed to identify the methods of family upbringing used by some families and their relationship to social values from the perspectives of primary school principals, teachers, and guides. The researcher used the descriptive-analytical approach. After applying the study tool (questionnaire) to a sample consisting of principals, teachers, and guides of public primary schools (daytime) in Riyadh, the study reached several findings, including that there is agreement among the study respondents on the role of the family in developing self-reliance value of its children. The results also showed an agreement among the study respondents on the role of the family in developing the value of respect for regulations and laws among its children, the role of the family in developing the value of educational and professional ambition among its children, and the role played by the family in developing social values among its children, the caveats of pedagogical methods on the value of self-reliance, and the caveats of pedagogical methods on the value of educational and professional ambition. The study also pointed out that there are no significant differences between the average responses of the members of the study sample towards both (the role of the family in developing values (self-reliance, respect for regulations and laws, educational and professional ambition) and the caveats of pedagogical methods on the value of respecting regulations and laws depending on the profession variable.
